Well. It is no longer a honda dealership. They do still repair at this location. They have fixed my fourman 4x4 before. Very polite men.

Sales dept people have always been very nice however...Very poor service experiences every time I’ve dealt with them. Not one job has ever been completed on time, excuse after excuse after excuse. And after you call to check on your atv (because they won’t call you) after about 4 times they get to be be very rude. I understand not rushing a job in order to get it right and complete but don’t promise it to be ready in a week and then keep giving lame excuses as to why it’s not ready, ie my wife was sick so I had to go home and take care of my kid or...we didn’t get the part ordered in time so it’ll take an extra week.
It’s a great experience to buy an atv from them but I would NOT recommend their service dept AT ALL. Go ahead and take it to Little Rock for servicing. I promise you will be better satisfied without the frustration.
