Dylan was my salesperson he is super. Very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He helped me get my mom her first iPhone and upgraded mine. If you’re in need of a cellphone or time for an upgrade go see Dylan .

I cannot brag on Stephanie F enough regarding both of my recent experiences at the store. She was so knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions and alleviate any concerns. It was nice to have her take the time to actually sit and look at what was best for my family and then make it happen as she had stated.

I wanted to brag on Stephanie F at this location! I was needing some help with adding my grandson to my current plan. she hooked us right up and got us going with a new phone plan. I had an awesome store experience with team leader Stephanie F. My phone was dead completely and she help me troubleshoot the reasons for phone dying and not wanting to hold a charge. She was very helpful in my experience trying to get back in full service. I even purchase a couple of products to help my phone keep longer battery life. Kudos to you Stephanie! You rock!💕

Melissa was great she went above and beyond to help me with my upgrades. Even the manager Hugh was helpful and polite. The only thing is that the store is really dated and old. The other stores in town look way better than our White Hall store, it really needs a face lift. The service is great but that only goes so far when the experience is dim and dark because lights are out and stains are all over the carpet. The staff make it welcoming but it sure doesn't feel like a AT&T store

The AT&T store in White Hall ,Arkansas is the best I have seen. Zachary was wonderful to deal with. He stayed after hours to help me make sure I Had a phone before I left.His customer service is the best I have seen. Make sure you pay him well.

Everytime I go into the store, I am always greeted with a "hello" and a smile by Stephanie F. Always professional and very polite! I would give her more stars than 5!

Melissa is awesome! Its always a great experience going into this location. I came in for a phone because mine was stolen and I left with a new phone my bill being $10 less and TV that I can plug in and start streaming TODAY! The manager Hugh was also a big help he kept me entertained while Melissa got me fixed up you don't see managers like that these days. The only complaint would be how old and dated the store is compared to other stores it doesn't feel like a AT&T store it feels and looks like a cell phone repair shop with dirty carpet that smells. AT&T is a big business you would think they want their stores looking more vibrant this store looks like a mom and pop business.

Stephanie is amazing!! She knows her products and she is very helpful and courteous! I would reccomend her to anyone looking to switch to ATT!!!!

Very friendly and professional employees, was greeted when I walked in the door. Store was very nice and clean, would drive across town to come back to this store if i ever needed anything again.

Awesome experience the people here really know their stuff. It’s just 1 person most of the time, either the lady or the guy but they are patient and take their time with each customer they really go above and beyond.

Omg! I have never been In And out at AT&T we drove from NLR here and we were done in 39 minutes I’m loving my new iPhone already! Melissa is the best rep I’ve had!!!
