After enough bad experiences working with big box jewelers, I wanted to only use a local family run business. I worked with Danwerke over a couple of months to custom design an engagement ring, and they made the process enjoyable and affordable. They have a dedicated jeweler in house that has stood behind their work and always offer free ring cleanings whenever you stop in. They communicate well and build a relationship with their customers.

Have always done business for years with my wife, kids, and grandkids at Danwerke Jewelers, I've purchased all my gifts, and jewelry from them, love this family business.

I have always purchased my jewelry from Zales and other big name places so going to Danwerke was definitely a wonderful change. I started awhile ago bringing my watches to them to replace the batteries and they did a fantastic job. I was always so nervous to bring any of my jewelry though to be worked on because I have some really special pieces! I was entirely wrong to be nervous! I brought a piece that my dad bought for my daughter when she was born and they made an absolutely beautiful design for a necklace and earrings. I feel in love and then I brought a pearl that my mother gave me and they turned put it on a beautiful ring! As a mother with three kids, it is difficult for me to always spend on these things but they gave me a little discount here and there and I appreciated it so much! They know who I am every time I walk in the door and they definitely love jewelry as much as I do! You cannot find such genuine work anywhere else. I absolutely recommend Danwerke.

Absolute class and professionalism here at Danwerke. Patsy helped us and treated us with the utmost respect when we brought in some jewelry to sell for it's value in gold. We had tried some other area jewelers and pawn establishments, all of which lacked Danwerke sensitivity and generosity. They offered a very fair price for what we brought them. Patsy even gave my mother a complimentary candle after the transaction. Due to our extremely positive experience we will be returning to Danwerke.

My mother passed a few months ago. While she was under hospice care and following her death, I needed a great deal of help with jewelry and watch appraisals. The folks at Danwerke were the best!! They were friendly, accommodating and very professional. I love their store! It is full of beautiful and unique time pieces along with a wide array of very fine jewelry. I benefited from their appraisal services. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment!

Excellent experience! Based on reviews here, I took 3 watches in for battery replacement (one I haven't been able to have serviced by others). Done very well at a great price (w/ warranty). Even received a complimentary candle that my wife really likes. This is my new place to go for jewelry and watch repair. Nice store with friendly people.

I bought my wife a beautiful ruby and diamond ring for our 40th anniversary last year. This year, I bought her a very nice necklace for our anniversary. She loves them both. We also bought our granddaughter diamond earrings for her birthday! I love the family atmosphere here and like spending my hard-earned money at mom and pop stores, rather than a box store or national branded jewelry store. Oh, and I got to play the beautiful baby grand piano as well! We’ll see you soon!

Would give more stars if available. Took 4 watches in to have batteries replaced; Danwerke Jewelers are brand friendly. Met the owners who are so friendly and helpful. Took advance of some great priced jewelry buys and came home with new earrings and bracelets. I highly recommend for jewelry shopping and watch needs. A true family business that took customer service to the next level. I will be back to shop!!!!!

I’m happy to say thank you to Pat and Mario for coming out to the house yesterday and taking extreme care in servicing our grandfather clock. We haven’t had much luck in finding a COMPETENT professional service provider (especially with our antique Sessions mantle clock which the last place we took it, the man kept it 2 months and couldn’t fix it) after sharing this with Pat he insisted on taking a look at it and guess what….he got it WORKING right in front of me!!! Mario gave me a lesson and answered a few questions on my Howard Miller grandfather. He actually taught me a lot I didn’t know, Good man there! I wish I had called these guys first. No wonder they stay so busy but they ARE WORTH WAITING FOR

I have truly enjoyed getting to know this family and their wonderful store! I started shopping here due to my owning antique clocks and many of them needing repair. They carry a selection of clocks, a few antique peices, beautiful jewelry and some custome made pieces. I love their candle selection too. I recently purchased a clock and changed my mind about it. They worked with me with no problem and I ended up walking out with a fabulous ring I had been wanting in the past instead. They have a great financing plan through Wells Fargo also that worked great for me! Great store and sweet family! I will be back!

Brought several watches in for battery replacement. All batteries were replaced, and time/date reset within an hour and a half.

Additionally, one of my watches had a loose face, the jeweler expertly restored the watch to pristine condition.

I'm very happy with my decision to bring my watches to Danwerke and will be a repeat customer!

I stopped by Danwerke (after a Google search) simply to get a professional opinion of an antique clock and several pieces of estate jewelry I've recently acquired. Ended up spending over half an hour (at least) in pleasant conversation with all present while also admiring all the lovely merchandise there -- in the end I got all the answers and information I was desiring, absolutely free of charge. I'm SO glad I also brought along a couple of more modern watches that needed new batteries, so I could at least donate a little something to their cash register during my visit too -- I'll definitely be taking the clock back there sometime soon to have it repaired and restored, probably also at least one or two of the jewelry pieces for proper appraisals.

I stopped by last Thursday to get a ring sized. Because they were about to close for vacation for 2 weeks, they took care of my ring in about an hour! They are ALWAYS friendly, accommodating, and treat everyone as their most valued customer. Certainly worth the drive.

By far some of the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My antique watch was repaired as is now in remarkable condition. The timeline and cost for repairs was not unrealistic, just understand quality takes some time (pun intended). Would and will definitely recommend to everyone!
