Deam RV Park Campground

Wayne, the owner, is a wonderful, helpful person. Our rv wouldn't start the day of departure. We were able to stay in the campground till it could be towed to Little Rock. Wayne was so nice to take us to Little Rock to get a car rental. We will be back.

We are traveling through on our way back home to Colorado from Alabama. We took a different route than we have ever taken therefore we didn't know the area. After an unexpected detour we were still 4 hours away from our designated half-way point but it was late and dark and we needed to stop. Google found Deam's RV Park for us. We didn't have a reservation but he had a spot for us. He even walked out and helped my husband back in since it was so dark and hard to see. We felt very safe and it was quiet. Pulling out early the next morning we could see that it is a very clean campground. It was a perfect stop for the night and I highly recommend.

Wayne (the owner) is a wonderful host. He has long and short term workers staying at his campground but he put in one pull-thru with full hookups for overnight guests. It was perfect for us (right on our route) and we could use our hot spot for streaming tv. We enjoyed conversing with him about his life and our travels. He gave us precise instructions on pulling into Deam Lane (swing wide). Easy in after that and easy out. Thank you for accommodating our needs!

Quiet place to stay, full hook up with water, electric and dump for gray and black water. Conveniently located off highway. Does fill up quickly throughout the year

Family owned, small, and SAFE park. The owner was friendly and helpful. We were just passing through and he had last minute availability for the night. He offered helpful directions and guidance throughout the very small park. He also helped us get set-up by flashlight at 9pm. Sewer and 30/50 amp electric available. The one-night stay was $35 for a pull-through. There was an extreme amount of absolutely feral mosquitoes at night, although expected this time of year, in the woods, after recent rains. I’d definitely stay here again for a night if needed in the future. The owner was so, so kind and helpful. Hard to find that nowadays.

Mr. Deam runs a quiet and orderly park. He was very accomodating and loaned me some tools while I was working on my hot water heater. Most of the people that stayed there work contract work like I do. Water pressure was good and site was level, and even though it is in Pine Bluff it is secure and I never once worried about my stuff being messed with while I was gone. If you need a place to stay for a few months like I did, check this place out.

Exactly what we were looking for a small quiet park. Nestled in a woodsy setting. Owner was very accommodating and at the rate of $35 it is bargain.

Deam RV park was perfect for an overnight stay after a long day of driving. Beautiful, peaceful and quiet surroundings. Owner is attentive and check in was a breeze. Only down side is there is no TV reception or Wifi, which is not really problematic if you have Wifi on your personal devices. ☺

Owner Wayne met us when we arrived and help us set up providing blocks we needed to level our rv. The park was well maintained and clean. We stayed two months while I was working in Pine Bluff. Sites are shady and park was quiet. My wife enjoyed staying there and felt very safe being alone while I was at work. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay. We finished our job 8 days early and even though we rented by the month, Wayne refunded the 8 days rent when we left. If I work in the area again we definitely will stay with Wayne again.

We were looking for a park along our route. This was perfect! It was quiet without the hassle of tons of traffic. Wayne gave us a choice of 3 spots, all large and wide enough for our 41 foot motor coach. The full hookups were all that we needed! It was a great location. Would totally stay again!

We stayed for 2 months during a relocation. Wayne is so sweet and accommodating. If you make a reservation a ways out, just give him a quick reminder call as the date gets closer. He'll have everything ready!

Nice campground, washer/dryer for $3 per load, pets allowed. I'd recommend.

This was incredible for a one night stay. The spot was more than adequate. The price was exceptional. The owner, Wayne, was extremely friendly, communicated well via phone and in person and was very accommodating of my needs. It is conveniently located very close to a Loves Travel Stop and not too far from a Walmart. This is not an expensive KOA catering to glamping or a place with a golf course or pool, but it is very nice if you are looking a full hookup with 30 or 50 amp, water and sewer. One gentlemen in the past had mentioned in the reviews that there were no overnight accommodations, but I had no problem staying one night. I think it would be very hard for campgrounds to control their vacancy level for the sake of having empty spots around you. I will definitely be back if I am in the area and highly recommend this campground for those looking for decent accommodations for short or long term. I’m speaking and believing for favor and blessings on this place. Quite and peaceful, me and my husband stayed here while working on hwy 79 in Humphrey, owner is exceptionally accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough about this place! When we needed a place to store our camper when our truck broke down 350 miles from home, he was available at 8 p.m. to accept our unit. So reasonable. If you need a place to stop and rest. This is a great place!

Wayne is the owner and very accommodating, nothing special about this place if he wasn't a part of it! Very easy and willing to work with you!

It was a great place to stay for a week. The management was very friendly and helpful. Dreams RV Park was very clean and as a female I felt very safe. All though restaurants and shopping are only minutes from the park it has the feeling of being in the country. I would definitely stay with this park again. M Jackson

Needed an overnight spot right on our route and this park worked perfectly. Well-maintained, full hook-ups and owner is great at customer service. No cable or wifi, but for a short stay it's not a deal breaker. We'll be saving this place for our future trips.

Stayed here for over 3 months while working. The owner Wayne was as best as any owner could be. The site was well maintained and if there was any issues, it was taken care of.

Nice place. The guy met us at the entrance after we called late in the evening. Escorted us to our camp site. He went above and beyond to help us and made our stay so enjoyable.
