Great service friendly, helpful all time but the elevator was broken.. The breakfast was awesome the lady Cherry made everything delicious for us.. the room clean don't have microwave or mini bar big TV are the wifi is fine thank for all God bless all🙏🙏🙏

This is the perfect place to stay at for business. The General Manager is very detailed oriented and thoughtful. Always greets his guest with a smile on his face. The environment is friendly and inviting. Trust me you will not be disappointed!

Breakfast was great. It’s spread out pretty far, but there is a variety of items, including waffles, cereal, omelettes, keto.

Excellent hotel, probably the best in Pine Bluff. Tangela and Tami (front desk staff) were super friendly and helpful. I am originally from the Pine Bluff area but now live out of state, and this is the only place I will stay when I travel back home. Always clean, great full breakfast, HUGE rooms! Certainly recommend this place if you are planning to stay in Pine Bluff. Located right off the interstate if you are just traveling through, adjacent to several restaurants and gas stations, very convenient.

This was our first time staying here and I must say we both had a pleasant experience. The room was excellent, the staff was friendly and the bed was oh so comfortable. And breakfast was excellent and delicious. We can't wait to stay here again. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Checked in late around 9 pm. Went to down eat my fast food. Got ready to get cleaned up and go to bed. Well, there were no wash clothes, no hand towels, and no shampoo. it only had 3 towels, soap, conditioner, and lotion. At this point, I was gonna call the front desk. Well, there was no telephone cord to be found for the phone. I called with my cell and had no answer. That's why you only get 2 stars for service UPDATE. Came back today 9/19/23 and Ronald was on top of his game, and the rooms were good.

My Kids and there family's came in to visit family member in ICU that past away on yesterday. The bedspreads sheets pillows comfortable. Had a nice sized mini fridge and microwave custom service was good. Thank you for having a beautiful and warm place when we needed it. This will be the go to Hotel now for every visit. The room was nice and clean. The people working there are really cool. I enjoyed staying there will stay there again when we work there.

First of all Terrell the host when I checked in this past Friday night, he was pleasant, and very patient. He even stepped away from the desk momentarily to fix a tv in one of the rooms…he provided excellent customer service and really handled himself well, considering all that was going on during the snow storm Friday night. This man deserves a huge raise or promotion…and definitely a bonus! Although he was stretched to the four winds by himself, he handled everything with poise.

Stayed one night while traveling. Staff was friendly. The room was large. It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked fabulous. Good, full breakfast. We would stay again and would recommend.

I stayed a couple of weeks ago and EVERYTHING was lovely. I just made reservations online again for tomorrow and I called the hotel to make sure I was good. Registration was done quickly & easily. The Customer Service Rep. was very courteous & made every effort to accommodate us.

Clean rooms and a nice stay. Lajoya and the other front desk people were wonderful to us. Food and gas station is close by so it’s a good place to stay if you’re here for work.

We had our Lil Brother n his Girlfriend's Baby Shower in their meeting room. Shout out to Joya for Being the Best Hostess ever! We really had a Wonderful time with family n friends!

Our stay was brief, but very comfortable. The hotel is clean and looks rather new. The free breakfast was as good as free breakfast goes. The staff was very friendly.

Huge room. Very nice. Very comfortable. Due to Covid-19, no continental breakfast. Not pet friendly, only service animals allowed. This facility does not accept cash payment-debit/credit only.

The rooms were extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was on point very delicious.
