Ridicules amount of calls for fraud protection. I have multiple cards for personal and business and I get multiple calls every week to go through transactions. Takes a lot of time and it never stops. They also stop allowing me to use cards every time I take a business trip unless I report where I am going and what days I will be gone.

Drove 8 hours just for thier lawyer to belittle me in court. Simmons bank funded the purchase of a commercial truck that didnt even last 90 days and they do not care they just wanted to get a judgement and get thier money. The dealership offered no assistance and I have zero legal protections or recourse. Simmons Bank does not care about the working class and could care less if your credit and life will be ruined. I hope thier Lawyer, Brien walks into oncoming traffic.

Absolutely HATE this bank. The ridiculous fee policy should be adjusted or completely changed. I plan to close my account. You’ll go broke dealing with all their useless, get rich scheme fees. I never had this issue as much, but due to a life change a few months ago from an accident, I have had to make several transfers from a separate bank. These people are so greedy that you can’t spare a second of time to even deposit any money before another fee is added! STAY CLEAR AWAY. I use one bank currently that charges $0 fees and I’m switching all my accounts to over. This is PURE GREED!

Simmons back has been debiting my account for the entire time I've been with them because for some reason they claim my mail is being returned. All mail from Metropolitan bank arrived but I have not received anything from Simmons other than my debit card.
Since all mail was "returned" I didn't know I had overdraft protection that charged me $30 for each transaction. Metropolitan never did this
My only income is $733 a month and these greedy SOBs are taking over $100 of it.
They have my email and phone number but never tried to find out why I wasn't getting mail from them. Everything else gets to me...what is it with Simmons?
I think I'll call the media. Maybe they can get to the bottom of it...

They charged me too for "returned mail" which is absurd because I haven't moved AND I was receiving my statements through the mail. But even if my mail was indeed being returned, why charge a fee for it?! I've heard of some pretty ridiculous fees before, but this one takes the cake.

And no, they won't call and tell you the mail is being "returned" because they don't care. Call them and demand a refund. They need to be prosecuted!
