I wanted to personally say thank you for the care and respect you gave to our newborn baby who passed away on 9/15/23 - UAMS recommended this funeral home and I am so glad I was put in touch with them, not only were they compassionate and caring when I was dealing with one of the worst times in my life but they cremated our son Colter at no charge. Thank you so much for helping my husband and I get through this difficult time and giving us the beautiful memory of our son. The staff and facility was beautiful as well

Mandy Butler was so understanding, helpful and loving in preplanning my husband's funeral. My husband was in Hospice Home Care Center at the time and I had limited time to get everything done especially because his passing was on December 22, 2023 and his celebration of life was on December 27, 2024. I highly recommend this place. Ashley was very easy to talk to and work with, and they helped (and still are) with every step of the process. They’ve been around for a long time and know exactly how to help handle all the afterlife procedures. There were no hidden fees or anything, and they just felt like the right people for such a delicate and sensitive job. I could trust my dad was in the right hands, and I appreciate the service they provide.

We received excellent care during our planning. I was very impressed several days after when I asked about a bag that was with my husband. Smith tracked it down and kept it nearby so that I could pick it up at my convenience. That is good personal service.

I recently lost my wife. It was the first time I was the one responsible dealing with the arrangements of a family member. My funeral director, Mandy Butler, led me through the process with class, respect, caring, support, and professionalism. She was made sure I knew she was available to me for questions and always responded promptly, if I left a message. Smith Little Rock Funeral Home and Christina Caston made a terrible situation, the loss of a loved one less horrible by listening to what we asked for and not trying to up sell services. I highly recommend them if you find your self having to go through the experience of the loss of a loved one. They were caring and made the whole experience more tolerable.
