I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Melissa and Allen at Griffen, Leggett, Healey and Roth for the kind, detailed care they extended to my family and me following the loss of my son, Matthew.
Melissa gently walked us through every decision, never trying to oversell. She had or found answers to every question we had, and helped us with every special request, down to the catering menu details.

Allen assisted at the actual service and he could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond in helping our family and our guests. He and Melissa are gracious, experienced, kind professionals and are exactly what we needed. They will be there for you, as well.

Griffin Leggett had gone above and beyond yet again! i’m so thankful for how amazing the staff is, how gracious my family and i are for Allen Taylor. Not only did he take every request into deep consideration and help me plan my great grandmothers funeral, but he made it beyond special and more than we could’ve ever asked for. loosing a loved one is hard, but the staff here make you feel cared for, make sure you aren’t too stressed, and offer to do things to help you out. We just had our friend’s funeral here. It was sudden and a very tough time for us all. Alan and his staff made making decisions and putting the funeral together very easy. Which is what we all needed. I was very impressed with their professionalism and how nice everything looked for his funeral. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has had a friend or family member pass.

I would like to add my wholehearted support of the many glowing reviews of the quality of support and service provided by the Griffin-Leggett team in Little Rock. While they deal daily with the circumstances surrounding the passing of their client's loved ones, I was struck by the compassion shown my family and I am sure all others in the same situation.

Even as we sometimes stumbled with follow through on things we had to do, they never did. They were always there to guide and support so the process could allow us to properly grieve and not be concerned about the mechanics involved in planning and executing our mother's service.

Final done grieving over my aunt who passed away in Little Rock, AR. I called Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth and spoke with Gid Holmes and he took his time and got things together for us over the phone because we lived our of state he made us so comfortable and got everything done and all we had to do was show up at the veteran cemetery if your going to use them please contact God Holmes he will make it worth it for you'll during your time of need

This funeral home went above and beyond to ensure the need of my family for my mom funeral service was provided with excellent care. I am extremely thankful for the staff and Mr. Scott Copeland for the superior customer service that was shown to us during this difficult time of our life. We are forever thankful!

I have been so impressed by the staff. We buried my father in August 2021 at Pinecrest Memorial Park. Allen Taylor was kind, compassionate and so patient with us through this difficult process. But it didn't stop there. Often times people are helpful at the beginning, but after everything is finished, you just become someone that they helped in the past. Not true for Mr. Taylor. It is January 2022, I had some things come up in handling my father's estate so I wrote Allen for some help with that. I had a returned email within an hour. Within two hours he had taken care of what I had asked of him, then said, "is there anything else I can do for you?" Dealing with the death of a loved one is hard, but when you have people like Allen, who feel more like a friend than a salesman, it is a much better experience. Thank you Allen! Thank you to all the people at Pinecrest for being so helpful and kind.

My husband passed suddenly on September 1st this year. I have never experienced death so close to me before. The staff here was here for me every step of the way. Allen has been just a phone call away every time I needed him. They provided an amazing service and I appreciate the compassion and patience they observed during this whole experience. I recommend them 100%!!

Although it was a difficult time for me losing my beat friend, I must say that the professionalism and graciousness of the staff was very impressive. Mr. Blackburn and the staff treated us with compassion and kindness throughout the visitation as well as the funeral. I visited Griffin leggett Healey and Roth funeral home to potentially pre arrange. And when I got there Allen met me at the door, and vicki walked me through the entire process and together they made everything so simplified and easy to take care of. I was pleased with everyone who assisted me from the moment I walked in, until the time I left the building being walked out to my car. The staff here is truly compassionate towards anyone who walks through their doors.

My mom and I recently worked with Allen and were pleasantly surprised with how well everything went. It is very difficult making decisions when your world is out of sorts.
