Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The guys came out and worked all day to get the sewer line problem solved. I like how thorough they are when explaining every thing. They also took the time to get the city involved where it was necessary, unlike others who expect the customer to contact the city. I was reluctant to call them, and I'm not sure why, but I am happy that I did. Eric was one of the technicians and I don't know the name of the other one. They were both courteous and very knowledgeable about their job. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

I made an online appointment and was soon notified that a technician could visit on the same day. Eric arrived, displaying courtesy, and detailed the possible issues and the steps needed to fix them. He corrected the issue and informed me of their warranty policy.
He seemed like he truly cares for his customers and showed great customer service throughout!

Initially there were communication issues between myself, a weekend tech, and scheduling. However, working with Ben and his new trainee Christian turned into one of the best experiences I’ve had with getting a homeowner issue resolved. They called when on their way, communicated what was being done and any options needing chosen, and were professional and very thorough completing the job at hand. If I need anything further related to plumbing, I’ll definitely be calling for these two. Very satisfied.

My technician, Eric, did a great job on my main drain repair. Very knowledgeable and professional. Plus, they guarantee their work. I wasted money on two other plumbers who couldn’t get the job done or even properly diagnose the problem, didn’t guarantee the work, and charged me several hundred dollars anyway. I wish I would have gone to Roto Rooter first.

I would like to personally recommend Eric Ancell from Roto Rooter for all of your plumbing needs. He was quick and efficient. He has worked on our house twice for 2 separate issues. We were so satisfied with his work on our sink and toilet that we asked for him personally when we needed more work done. We were ok waiting the extra days to get him even though someone else could do the job sooner because we knew the job would be done right. We were not disappointed. Roto Rooter is lucky to have him. Zack was wonderful. He came promptly and saved the day. You are never as grateful for a plumber than when you have terrible things backing up in your shower and everything you try only makes it worse.

Zane came promptly and gave us thorough explanations about the options for service. He then did a great job with the work and left us with written explanations about the situation. If we need service in the future, we hope that Zane will be the one who comes out.

Zach (Zack) was wonderful. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and not only fixed the leak in our bathroom we called about initially, but he installed the small part to our toilet that we tried installing ourselves. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Roto-Rooter.
