I stayed here a couple of weeks for work. It's not new but my room was clean, there were no bugs and a nice size. They actually have kitchenettes, but I didn't see it on the website. The only thing I didn't like was that you couldn't turn on just the faucet and not turn on the shower. I like to clean the tub and use it sometimes. It was quiet. I never heard anyone next to me. I always felt safe walking around. They also have a hot breakfast. The owner was friendly.
The owner will match the online prices but bring cash. The person checking me in forgot to tell me that there was a 12% credit card fee.

Great hotel for the price. They were very welcoming when we are arrived at night. It was right off the highway on the way to Ohio. The rooms were renovated and the free breakfast was fresh. They cooked eggs to order. Just the protein we needed for the long drive. Would go back for a budget friendly night stop. Beds were comfortable.

The area is a little sketchy. The room was basic, the air conditioner was broke. But they're in the process of remodeling. The people that work there are 100% worth a five star review though. The owner is so kind, won't let you leave without breakfast. The person at the front desk went out of their way to help us with anything. I would definitely stay here again passing through. One of the better options in town.

When we checked in the owner/manager was at the front desk. He welcomed us warmly and adjusted our reservation and accommodations as needed and then followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied with our room. Our room was pleasant and CLEAN and the beds were very comfortable. We will stay at the Americas Best Value Inn again next time we are in Arkansas. Great customer service and clean - win/win.

I am a traveling healthcare professional and I recommend this hotel. It is clean, breakfast is fresh (waffles and eggs) made to order. Owner and staff are welcoming, accommodating, and professional. I will stay here during my contract as long as there is room at the inn. Best value for the price.

This was a great stop. Just by the highway, yet very quiet. Rooms were very clean and the manager was very kind and honest. Light free breakfast was offered in the morning. I felt home for that night I stopped by.

Affordable and very clean. Friendly owner. Laundry service wash dry and fold for 20$ they have a full breakfast made to order. Just tell them how you want your eggs and what time you want them the night before. For my fellow truck drivers out there. This is a great place to rest up.

Came here with truck and trailer, nice area in front to turn around and park, owner is very nice and sincere. They were remodeling in lobby, looks really nice with new fancy stuff going in. Rooms are totally nice, awesome bed, AC works nice, remote and guide on TV, definitely will be back for future visits hauling thru.

Highly recommend this place! We was passing through to Wisconsin and stayed here. The staff was amazing. The owner i assume went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. The rooms was clean and the beds was comfy. We will most definitely stay here again when we pass back through on our next trip. Thank you!

I had a great stay here. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and a filling breakfast (fresh eggs and waffle batter!) for the value.

Prompt service by attendant for late night check-in. Owner invited us in for complimentary breakfast we didn't know was provided. He was really nice and polite. Great conversation with him. I highly recommend the place!!

Very Nice!!! I was so impressed upon checking in to this hotel. The management was beyond friendly and helpful to us and the rooms were very clean and newly remodeled. Very quiet even tho the hotel is right of the intersatate! Wifi? Worked Great.! TV had many channels to choose from.! Will definitely return again when passing through Blytheville..thanks!

Great service clean lobby clean rooms very spacious the front desk lady was very kind an showed me how to get to my room breakfast was delicious I would recommend staying here over some of overpriced places in town

They was doing some remodeling to some rooms I got one of the new remodeled rooms and it was so comfortable and nice the breakfast was yummy and the tall blonde headed lady that checked us in was fantastic she was very friendly and made sure we was pleased with everything I will most definitely be staying here again whenever I pass back through

First i thought i pulled in to nightmare "",It was full when i did find a spot i I was very reluctant to even pushing the button because there was so many cars but I was parked I was there I was hot and thirsty so I did it and believe you me they took care of them cars quick my order come faster than what I ever thought it would and it's surprised me it was so fast hey I did a good job thank you
