Residence Inn by Marriott Little Rock

Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms are cleans and nice Beds are comfy It’s in a good location for doctor appointment and reasonably priced as well. We will definitely stay here again when needed

I wish I could have stayed longer! The room was very spacious and clean, and the full sized refrigerator with ice-maker and full-sized microwave were a pleasant surprise. The continental breakfast was much better than Hilton hotels.

Love the home feeling of this hotel. Our go to in Little Rock. Employee's friendly and rooms are always clean. Breakfast is a plus.

We have stayed here many times. Staff has always been nice, and rooms are always clean. Breakfast well, what can I say, depends on who mans the kitchen.

Everything was perfect. I travel a lot with business and they were very welcoming. Franz, at the front desk, knows how to successfully strike the balance between friendly and engaging without being intrusive. He is very helpful. Also, the lady serving breakfast, I am sorry I did not get her name, was super friendly and attentive. If you want to feel like your at home when traveling do yourself a favor and stay here.

I recently traveled to Little Rock for business and vacation. We stayed in room 317 and although I had a few small issues the manager and the staff addressed the issue and took care of it. The bed was comfortable and my one year had the time of her life with the space. I was able to have my meet6in my room it was very quiet and I love it. The hotel is different how you have building A and B but it's Amazing. I will recommend this hotel if you are visiting Little Rock. I will be checking in again around June for 5days. 5 STARS TO THE STAFFS

Had an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and organized. Staff was great but the lady working the lobby in the evening was amazing!
Beds could have been a little softer for my liking. The rooms are a good size. Love that both bedrooms have doors complete with locks. Living room even has a working fireplace.
We stayed on the second floor in building B. I loved that there was an outside door on the second floor! Made walking our dog so much easier. Breakfast in the main building is but a short walk from this door too.
Also the basketball area is right there. Our children really enjoyed playing in that area.
The windows open in the room which I also enjoyed. I like fresh air even in the winter.
Breakfast was good. Missed being able to make a waffle…most hotels have this option. Eggs, sausage made fresh. Oatmeal with all the choices. Breads and bagels with all the spreads. Three cereal options. My children enjoyed the individual chocolate milks!
10 out of 10 will return when we are back in this area.

Wonderful experience. I thought the site, buildings, room were very clean. They always had staff cleaning. I know many hotels are cutting back their housekeeping staff for various reasons but this hotel still maintains their cleaning staff albeit the rooms are cleaned every other day but it is done well and you feel like they care. Last month we made the mistake of staying at the Embassy Suites which was an absolutely horrible experience. Worst of all was the customer service. Run to the Marriott do not walk from any other hotel. It does not disappoint!!

Stayed here because we had a child in children's. The room we stayed in slept 6 people. It was very nice and right down the road from places to eat. The only thing negative, I'd say was parking. The parking is limited.

Clean. Comfortable. Wonderful people. Johnni, the woman responsible for the breakfast, reminds me of a favorite aunt. She serves great food and is very personable. Every desk clerk with whom I’ve interacted has been professional and courteous. The general manager, Franz Hayes, is responsible for all that is good at this Residence Inn - and it’s all good.

The Residence Inn is a great place to stay in west Little Rock. It is clean and safe, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The breakfast is usually hot food (sausage and eggs), but they also have oatmeal and cereals. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Little Rock.

Besides the parking structure being awkward...my experience there was really good. I want to give a shout out to an employee, Melissa, she was very helpful and kept her eye out for all the customers staying there during night! Thank you!

Nice clean rooms, great location by the hospital, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

We booked online and used the app to check in. First time for that. We don’t usually stay in hotels because have an RV. Using the app was very convenient. We chose this hotel for the simple fact that my mother was having a heart procedure next door. Her procedure started at 11am and check in is at 3. I went over and spoke with Ashley. As a business owner myself I appreciate an employee that goes out of their way to help the customer. Ashley was very friendly and presented herself well. I asked her about possibly checking in earlier than 3pm. She immediately found another vacant room that fit our criteria. I was in the room within 10 minutes. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The grounds are well kept. The parking lot was being re-striped so about half was blocked. When I checked in Ashley assured me parking wouldn’t be an issue. Like clockwork the lot was finished just in time for the afternoon rush of people checking in. We were very tiered and went straight to bed and slept like babies. Highly recommended!

In town for work and this place was wonderful. The staff was lovely, the room was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect as it was very close to where I needed for work. Absolutely will stay here every time I’m in town for work.

We are from out of town. Stayed here for a week. They have a mini kitchen with utensils available for Suites. Perfect choice for those ppl who intend to stay for longer duration.
Good location with short distance to many restaurants.

This hotel was beautiful. The front desk staff was so friendly & welcoming - I felt like I was at home. I didn't get a chance to try the grab & go breakfast (needed that extra bit of sleep), but they let me know about it at check-in which was really cool. Rooms were clean & they had all of the kitchen utensils stocked. Definitely recommend!

Room was really comfortable and spacious. Upper Parking Lot BEWARE... DON'T pull into the upper parking lot with a trailer (the lot just to the right of the main driveway entrance... It's a dead end. Get there early if you want a parking spot for your trailer... Only a few spots at the bottom of the hill. Makes for an interesting time when unloading the luggage. Breakfast was delicious. It was worth it for us to stay.

Wonderful service from all guest service attendants and housekeepers. Everyone is very friendly.
Beautiful grounds and the rooms are excellent for the price. Hotel has a separate bedroom from living area and has a great kitchen. Has dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge, dishes for four, pots and pans. Housekeeping is extra generous with hanging sheets and providing towels, etc. I love the outdoor patio/grilling area. Nice to have when one is staying in a hotel for a long period of time.

The rooms were super clean and laid out perfectly.

I couldn’t sleep so decided to take a walk and enjoy a cup of coffee and met Tiffany, the lovely woman behind the front counter by the breakfast area.. She offered to brew me a fresh pot and I politely declined as I like my coffee old and stale. I also hate to make people work harder than they need to.

My point is Tiffany is an exemplary employee! She brightened my morning and added an extra skip to my step
