First time here and the sushi was great. The rock n roll is was my favorite. It had a good amount of fish and the cucumber wrap was refreshing. Plus the restaurant is pet friendly. My pup and I was able to sit on the patio to enjoyed the beautiful weather.

Great sushi place! Very tasty. The service was great! We requested recommendations from the waitress and it didn't let down! Recommended.

We love Sky and visit almost once a week, especially ever since new management took over in July. The staff is always so warm and welcoming and our food is always perfect. The owners also always come around to say hello and treat us like family. The sushi chefs put so much thought and energy into our meal each time. Would definitely recommend!

The service was excellent. The manager was so friendly. The sushi was fantastic. I tried the Rocky mountain roll with no crunchy and they carry gluten free soy sauce. My 7 year old ordered hibachi and loved it but also ended up eating his own little tuna roll.

Came in with a party of 50 for a 16th birthday. Wait staff were excellent and on the ball. All orders came out fast and correct. Food was all correct first time here.

Just had a wonderful experience with my family at Sky! Great food (loved the cherry blossom and salmon lovers roll) and excellent service! Will be back soon!

So popped in for a quick lunch at a sushi place that I have never been to. So I ordered the pleasant ridge roll and the omega 3 roll.

It took about 20 mins to order and receive the sushi rolls but I wasn’t in a hurry.

Both rolls looked amazing.

Pleasant ridge roll is lightly fried. Didn’t realize that! But it was really good with the spicy mayo.

The omega 3 had seared salmon that tasted fresh, with just a hint of smokiness.

Both were very good and I will definitely be back here again.

We’ve never been to Sky Japanese restaurant though we frequent other businesses in this area. When we heard that Dessy & Ferry (who also own Samu, one of our longtime favorite places) took over management of Sky Modern Japanese, OF COURSE, we had to come and sample the cuisine. We were not disappointed. Sky has sushi, sashimi and hibachi that is as beautiful to look at as it is wonderful to eat. The ambience is also pleasing and the staff is always friendly and attentive.

Best clear soup I've ever had! The rice was also better than any other I've had. The scallops were good and the service was great too!

Sushi was delicious, everything I tried had a fresh and flavorful taste. Was a wonderful experience with my girlfriend, and a great place for a date.

The food was excellent. The service was top notch. Altan was amazing! The manager provided the most wonderful customer experience we’ve ever had. Five stars and more!!

#1 place for Sashimi! See photos. Been to a few local places and none have delivered an amazing product at a respectable price like they do. Sashimi Dinner/Platter is crazy generous portion wise (thick fish slices-no skimp) and taste fresh, no freezer flavors.

I ordered through UberEats which sometimes is tricky because some stores don't bother looking at the order requests. I asked for very well done chicken (texture thing) and they seared it perfectly! I was so pleased. Great taste, the veggies are the best hibachi style in the area hands down, and the order was promptly delivered.

We love this place. I get the onion soup, ginger salad, and the tofu hibachi diner with fried rice. It is amazing! And the spring rolls are so good!

Had the Volcano Roll. They definitely meet my expectations. An amazing and fresh sushi roll. The Miso soup was warm and had great ingredients. And they were able to make a wonderful cocktail to pair with it all! Definitely will be back for more delicious food.

Wether you get take out or dine in. Wonderful experience.

I like the furniture in this restaurant, it is like a fine dining visual. The food is not too expensive, it is worth the price since the food tasted delicious. My favorite roll is Jalapeno popper!! You need to try this if you like spicy, and also the crazy california. I will comeback!

Went with my partner for valentine's day, ordered the dinner for 2. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. The steak and chicken were some of the best I've had, and the vegetables and fried rice were as good as the entrées! We'll definitely be back.

As always, we enjoyed our dinner, and the excellent service. We are compelled to write this review, because we witnessed a very unreasonable lady causing a scene, because she had to wait a few minutes for her to go order. Restaurants are struggling to get by and to hire people right now. She wanted a free meal, over waiting a very short time to have hot and fresh food. She left saying quite obnoxiously that they will be receiving a negative review. I hope she realizes she majorly overreacted and doesn't do that. Hopefully they won't serve her next time she craves their yummy food. If you've ever dined here, you know they are the best.
