This place is amazing. Love the look of the place inside and out. The staff is so nice. The beds are amazing. The pillows are feather so if allergic keep that in mind. Breakfast was amazing. The eggs where great. Loved the variety and health choices.

Absolutely the best experience! Kristen at the front desk was Absolutely FABULOUS! She was warm and welcoming, she really made my day and out stay awesome. Our room was very nice and very clean. 10 out of 10!

I haven't stayed at this hotel, but I've made reservations for others several times and the team members I've spoken with have always been friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate Vicki, she's the best! I've heard no complaints from the people who have stayed there.

Excellent stay here while passing through Little Rock. Easy 20 minute drive to downtown to check out attractions but there were restaurants close by which was convenient. Room was clean and we had no complaints whatsoever. Seemed like a very safe and secure area which was important to us. Woman working the front desk was very kind. Pool was not in great shape so don’t expect much there but we weren’t planning on using it. Breakfast was typical mediocre hotel breakfast, we opted for Cracker Barrel around the corner instead.

I stay at this hotel 2 nights each week. I have for 8 years . The rooms are always perfect .

Stayed for 3 weeks in 2 different rooms. Was great. The employees were very nice and helpful. at the desk and the cleaning folks were really good.

TownPlace Suites was reasonably priced and the have breakfast everyday. You can walk to Walmart and plenty of places to eat if you don't want to drive. Long walk but doable. Good restaurants nearby. We would definately stay here again when needed and will recommend to visiting relatives. 10 thumbs up 👍

So far so good. Rooms are very clean and for the most part seem updated. Carpet also looks new throughout. Usually I feel uneasy about walking around barefoot when I stay in hotels but not here. Very spacious, nice rooms for the price. You get a kitchen with fridge and dishwasher plus a few utensils. I don't currently have any complaints. Easily one of the best hotels have visited. Will definitely be staying here again.

We were very impressed with the room, the cleanliness and will definitely be back. I stayed there due to a medical procedure I was having the next day, so I didn't have to drive 70 miles at 5am. It was a short distance from the hospital and very convenient. We didn't expect it to be not only as nice as it was, but upon checkout Jennifer was amazing! We will book again next week and any other time we need to be in LR. I recommend this hotel highly and will tell others about it.

The service is exceptional! Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and that my needs were met. From the maintenance man Edward, the housekeeping manager Claudia, and the front desk member Stephanie, to the front desk (manager I think?)Sean! Every single one of these genuine and caring people called me by my name, we're attentive, welcoming, and kind. The hotel kitchen staff prepares and serves a beautiful breakfast every day and coffee, and tea is always available in the lobby. The hotel is clean, neat, and comfortable. My room could not be better. I had a lovely view of tall, vibrant green trees, an excellent kitchen, the perfect desk for my work, and a super comfortable bed! I slept better here in 9 nights than I've slept in years!
It's so quiet at this property and also very centrally located.
This is the most “bang for my buck” hotel stay I've had in a long time.
With every hotel in the world being short-staffed, as a guest, I didn’t feel it at this sweet location. It must be really difficult to work each day in the tourism industry under circumstances where there isn’t enough staff. What I witnessed here is extraordinary. Everyone that works here is working as a team, helping with each other's jobs, working together to ensure the guests are taken care of. Sean treats guests like family, and I imagine she treats her staff members that way too because that's how I felt staying here. Bless these folks for their dedication to treating people with such care and respect, regardless of how the corporation may be running its hotels around the world. People like this are going above and beyond regardless of the circumstances. This place is a treasure in Little Rock, Arkansas! Thank you to everyone here, I appreciate you!

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel , from the customer service to the cleanliness all around the board I give 5 stars ! I received top tier customer service by a young man by the name of TC, I was traveling with my 1 year old so it was tough unloading bags out of my car & into my room alone but he jumped right into action in assisting me in any way he could. Not only that but he was very informative, kind , & took pride in his job . The room was very clean & breakfast was great ! I also ran into another employee by the name of Jennifer & she too was amazing ! I enjoyed my stay & I 100% recommend this hotel . Customer service is what a lot of businesses lack but not this one Thanks !

Clean room. Quiet Atmosphere. Friendly staff, especially Stephanie P. she was very helpful when we had difficulties with our reservations (booked through a 3rd party). Highly recommend.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I wasn't their long enough to try out any amenities or the breakfast. However the staff checking me in was nice and I have no complaints about my room. The bathroom was spotless, towels clean, bed clean, couch clean clean, overall everything was clean! I would stay here again.

This is definitely now my hotel of choice. I've spent far more and been severely disappointed with other hotels in the area, so my recent stay was surprisingly fantastic. The rooms are clean and all appliances work just fine. I slept through breakfast but I saw the options and it was not grab and go bs. Always a nice touch. The ladies that checked me in and out were so sweet and so friendly. Miss Jennifer welcomed me home on my first night and she was just so warm and friendly despite it being nearly 4 in the morning. Miss Shaun (sorry if I spelled it wrong) took care of me at check out and she was so wonderful and kind as well. I hope the company treats these sweet women well because they are so hard to come by these days. I will be back here every time I return to little Rock from now on. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤

This was a great hotel for our extended stay family trip. We chose one of the two bedroom units and were very pleased with the suite, including the mini kitchen. Housekeeping was very attentive when we had a shower issue, and the staff member who prepared breakfast was polite and kind. Breakfast selection was pretty good, although it is all crammed in to one corner so it may look inadequate but it satisfied our family quite well.

I love TownePlace and the Marriott chain in general. They always make you feel at home and this place was no different. The staff was so friendly, the rooms were really spacious and the breakfast buffet was great.

The location was perfect for a couples night out or family fun weekend. You are surrounded by restaurants, stores and Walmart is practically in your back door. The rooms are hospital clean! Nothing was out of place. The beds were very comfortable and smelled so fresh. The bathroom was very well lit and stocked with the little items we tend to forget. Internet worked fine, breakfast was delicious and the breakfast host was very friendly. Check in and check out was a very courteous and quick process. The gentleman in housekeeping that was vacuuming was very courteous and friendly himself. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Very nice place to stay. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a pull out for a guys trip for 3 of us. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean and up to date. Walmart was close along with a lot of restaurants. It was nice it sat down below Walmart so there wasn't any noise or traffic from that.

This hotel has been such a blessing for our family as we have been visiting our loved one at a nearby hospice. The staff are very courteous and helpful, but most of all flexible with our unknown plans. They’ve helped us get a tool every night we’ve needed one. The rooms are spacious and clean too.
