Comfort Suites Little Rock West

This was one of the best comfortins we have stated. The location had everything in walking distance. Our room displayed a bit of eloquence. Not all hotels are the same. And this one definitely stood out from the many different hotels that we've stayed

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. I will say that the walls are thin. Our last night there the people next door had their tv on and we could hear the sound/bass all night. Which made sleeping very difficult. So if you are a light sleeper I would suggest some ear plugs. Also, the shower head was very loose so the water pressure was not the best. We did eat breakfast there once and the selections were great. We also used the pool which they advertised as being heated but it definitely was not. Regardless of it being cold my daughter still had fun. Overall, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and the price was reasonable. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This hotel has excellent staff and is very well-run. We are always impressed with their friendliness, cleanliness, and hospitality. I don't know how they do this much better than competitors, but they do! Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a early morning doctor appointment the next day. Clean, spacious rooms. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Restaurants close by, even walking distance to some. Same with shopping, walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Had a nice stay here before heading to Russellville for the eclipse. However, one thing that needs fixing is the AC in the Gym. Even with the door open, it was too hot to use and when I asked the front desk to open the thermostat to lower it, he said that only maintenance could open it during daytime hours.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. Many of my family members came in from out of town for my graduation party, which we held at the hotel. The manager and staff were phenomenal, kind, and considerate. They set up the room for us and tried to help in anyway they could. I couldn’t believe the accommodations for the party. All of my family members were well taken care of and enjoyed their rooms. I have stayed in many hotels, and I would still say that that was the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Great location as well. Everything was clean and well-maintained. In addition, the manager went above and to get my husband and I a graduation gift though we were complete strangers. They also gave my family a group rate. Can’t say thank you enough to the staff. Still overly delighted with my stay and that was over a month ago!

I would give this hotel 5/5. The manager is welcoming and friendly. The room smells good and so clean. Also, the breakfast here is so good. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends when they come and visit Little Rock.

A friendly lady greeted us. The room and bathroom were very clean. Excellent nights sleep!

My family and I stayed there last night, we booked two rooms. Originally they were on separate floors but at check in they were able to switch us to the same level. The rooms were gorgeous, the beds were fluffy and comfortable, it was cleaned very well, and the staff was very friendly. I’ve already told my husband that this will be the Quinn family’s new go-to hotel because we travel regularly and usually pass through this area. Definitely the right choice.

We had family coming in from all over the country for a funeral. We called ahead and were able to secure a block of rooms at a special bereavement rate. Having the whole family together made it easy to gather and spend that extra time with each other. The staff was amazing especially the young woman working the front desk Thursday evening and Nancy who helped with the bookings. Thank you for making a really hard time easier!

Loved the queen suite so big and comfy with a couch and sitting area , comfy beds and a nice pool just wished splash pad worked . They need to fix the missing key pads at the west entrance so people can get in if parked on that end .

I love love this hotel. The manager is very friendly and nice.The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is decent. Would recommend this hotel to my friends and family member.

Staff answered all my questions. Easy check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool isn't as big as the picture but it was clean. The splash pad shut off at 9 instead of 10. The breakfast was simple. Nothing hot. The only negative, check out is supposed to be at 11. Housekeeping was repeatedly banging on the door at 10:30 asking if we were staying another night while we were packing. Other than that, it was an awesome place to stay!

This is probably our favorite place to stay in little rock when we have the kids. We had no problems with our room it was what you expect. The breakfast was good. The pool is indoor and heated which is nice. We of course love the splash pad but the water coming out of the splash pad is NOT heated which was surprising but they still love it.

The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of five. The staff was courteous, and the kids had a great time in the indoor pool. Breakfast was exactly what you'd expect at a Comfort Suites, and everyone had plenty to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has been extremely welcoming and helpful to myself and my family while I am receiving treatment at UAMS. The manager, NANCY is very nice and personable. NIKKI (works@front desk) is just incredibly awesome! She has been a beacon of sunshine during a time that is a bit dark re: my medical treatments. My parents and myself believe the rooms are quite clean, stocked w/all the essentials. The beds are really soft and comfy. The hotel is close (walking distance) to quite a few restaurants. Each hotel room has a coffee pot and along w/the coffee & tea packets, it also includes hot chocolate packets which are a great touch!!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone especially families who are having their loved ones taken care of at UAMS or any of the other speciality hospitals. The staff is super nice and willing to go out of their way to help their guests.

Very clean , the pool has a splash pad for kids but at the time we went it was not working , it next to shopping center and Walmart . Very convenient location

I was really nervous about our stay do to the recent reviews I had read about rude management, cleanliness, etc. I was quite impressed once we checked in. They have really turned things around if that was the case. Our room was nice and clean, you could tell that the bathroom had just been cleaned as the bleach was still lingering (that's a BIG plus for me) we have 3 rooms we rented since we are traveling with a group. And all 3 rooms were in excellent condition upon our arrival without any problems with management or checking in. Plenty of parking and a great vibe all around. Because of all the reviews I read. I felt the need for an recent up to date review. If the prev. reviews were accurate and not just a bunch of Karens /Kyles knitpicking. Management/staff deserve some recognition as they have done an excellent job turning things around and making it a clean and welcoming place to stay.

The hotel was clean and modern. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pool was clean and heated. The staff were very nice and courteous. The price was an excellent value. It was a perfect hotel visit and couldn't have been better.

For starters the area is in a very nice location! The best part of the trip was Mrs. Nicki (Nikki) not sure how she spells it, but she was the perfect example of top notch customer service and satisfaction. I had driven down 4 hours for an eye surgery for my mom and needed an early check in. She kept me updated on the availability of the room and had me checked in at an exceptionally decent time!! Therefore my mom could get comfortable and rest. Thank you sooooo much for that!! Will definitely be looking forward to seeing you on my next visit!!!
