Americas Best Value Inn & Suites University Ave

Definitely one of my favorite places to stay with a jacuzzi in the room. The hotel in general is very clean and organized. The room was magnificent and in a very neat and orderly Manor.
(NO BUGS OF ANY KIND) that's always a PLUS!!!
It's very very quiet for the most part. You may hear the sounds of traffic way more often than you would any person at this hotel.
Peaceful is the way a hotel stay is supposed to be.
The staff here are very friendly and courteous.

You definitely want to book the jacuzzi room if you stay here. You just can't beat it.
The other rooms are very spacious and that's a huge plus as well.

Best motel on university! Very spacious. I had 2 beds with a nice, comfortable sitting chair & the price is very reasonable. Only thing I believe is that if you're trying to rent a weekly they don't give discounts like some other motels. The owners were very nice and respectable. They are willing to work with you all you have to do is be honest, be clean & make sure you're not too noisy. I had a great experience & would recommend everybody!

We had a great stay here. If your a light sleeper this may not be the place for you because of the trains going by all night but we are used to it back home we didnt mind it. Great price for a 2 bed. The room was very clean and the customer service was great. Thank you!!

Booked their jacuzzi suite for my birthday back in April and everything was PERFECT ! The room was clean and smelled clean! The only thing I didn’t like was the parking and when you first cut on the jacuzzi water splashes but other than that I lived it! I will definitely be back!

We stayed at this property on 11/15/16 and found it to be well worth the money. We had an excellent night's sleep and woke up significantly later than usual. What made the stay special, however, was the staff. The woman at the front desk was very accommodating and the General Manager, Raoul, took pride in the property. He personally helped us with an electronic matter and was bright and talkative.

In the morning he even offered to help me take our large, heavy, ice chest down the stairs to the car. No one has ever done that for me at a motel. We'd stay there again.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities plenty of towels it was very quiet around here. The staff was very polite and ask if we needed anything more. They were very helpful in telling us some good places to get food. I relly was overly pleased with overall service

Love this place. Rooms are always clean. If you don't mind a little noise every now and then when the train comes through, perfect place to stay in little Rock.
