I stay here about once a month for work. I normally stay at least three days, sometimes a full week. My experience is always the same, they are so nice to me there. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast is good and always full, and it’s always the same. Glad to have a place in Little Rock that I can confidently come to each time and not have any issues at.

Staff was so nice and respectful which is surprising with bad experiences in the past with Hilton. I had employees and customer service yelling and cussing at me for no reason but the desk personnel where so nice and welcoming especially the lady on night shift. The only down I would say would be the breakfast, I think a fresher spread is needed, eggs, fresh cut fruit, bacon, ect. Would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling through. Also thought it was cool that they welcome pets.

First of all, this is NOT a 3-star hotel, it is a 4-star hotel or you could call it a 3.5 star. The suite itself was amazing with a comfy couch that could turn into a bed and another comfy mattress with a decently-sized TV. I wasn't really able to talk to customer service because I would go to my family's house for the remainder of the day, but I assume that they are amazing because we ordered service when we left and they fully cleaned the entire suite! I'm also surprised with the fact that they actually use high quality shower products like Zero soap and Neutrogena hair products. The experience here was amazing and I'm most likely coming back to the same suites if it's in range with my family.

I just have to give 5/5 star bc I'm very pleased with their service. The room was very neat and clean; the pool, the water, the parking, and the gym were fantastic. It really felt like a second home. Oh, their breakfast food was also very good. Thank you a lot. I'll book again in the future when we visit AR. I was definitely so happy spending my vacation at this hotel.

Greeted immediately by wonderful front desk Zoee. She was fabulous. The lobby is very bright and clean. My room was clean, stocked well and comfortable. The location is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. I felt safe there.

Clarence on the desk was professional, friendly and efficient. Property was well maintained. Hot water and clean rooms! Quiet and comfortable.

The owner of this hotel should buy and clean up the Ridgeland Home2. There's a reason why that place was near empty Monday night..

This property was delightful. I'll be back!

This is one of the bests in LR, and for the price? You can't beat it.

WHEN I APPROVE IT, BELIEVE IT AS I LIVED THE LAST 4 MONTHS STAYING AT HOTELS IN DIFFERENT CITIES AND I ALMOST TRIED ALL HOTELS IN LITTLE ROCK.

If you are looking for clean hotel and decent price this is it. Small but nice. In state residents will pay a hefty deposit...not sure why. Pool not very big. There is a workout room and free breakfast. Right next to walmart and several restaurants.

We couldn’t find a 2 bedroom suite available but Jocelyn at the desk was so amazing. She set us up in adjoining rooms. Rose (Rosa) checked us in. They both smiled and made us feel at home. The entire staff was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. Beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again. I hope Jocelyn is paid well for her job bc she deserves it! Would recommend to everyone!♥

We had a great stay. Our room was very clean, and rhe breakfast was good enough. The front desk staff, Katie, went above and beyond. She helped with great manner and friendliness when we faced a couple of issues, which was beyond hotel's control. We definitely stay here again.

Right from when we stepped in the front door we were welcomed. The room was awesome and the pool and laundry facilities were great. Very close to lots of restaurants too.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! Room was clean and spacious with modern fixtures and feel, service was fantastic, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The kitchenette and large fridge was a nice bonus for heating up leftovers and keeping some extra drinks cold. My room also had a nice rollout work desk and a couch/sitting area which were super convenient for getting extra work done.

On top of the quality of the rooms and the facilities, the service was flawless. Front desk was attended all hours, and they helped me solve an internet issue in my room, issued me a new room key in 30 seconds when I locked myself out of my room, and had complimentary snacks and drinks at all hours in the front lobby. Being able to grab a few snacks and some cold bottles of water or Red Bulls made traveling that much easier.

All in all, a fantastic stay for a great price, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here or recommend it to others.

My normal hotel when in Little Rock. Good staff, nice rooms, convenient to restaurants and groceries.

This place was very clean, the rooms were beautiful and well maintained. The kitchenette area was amazing too. It had everything I needed for my week long stay. The staff was very kind, especially the housekeeping staff. They were always helpful and courteous, holding doors for me when I had a lot of stuff in my hands and couldn't open the door myself. It sounds simple, but those are the things that make a stay extra enjoyable. The gym and the laundry room were AWESOME. The continental breakfast was wonderful and organized and had a lot of options.

The cleanest of rooms, the beds were so comfortable and I want those pillows. I can't describe how clean and clean smelling but it was the best out of 4 hotels that we visited traveling from Texas to Michigan. It's right next to a Walmart and minutes from Costco (gas) lots of restaurants and off the highway but close to it. Perfect location 👌🏾

After having a very disturbing 1st night at a different hotel, we lucked up on this gem!! The lady who took our reservation after midnight was an angel in disguise! We were able to check in EARLY!! Which was great - this hotel is right in the center of great eateries, Wal-Mart & minutes from the arena.

The hotel was super clean from top to bottom!! The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had a great overnight stay, will def stay again if passing through the area again. Next time we hope to take advantage of the Indoor pool and fitness center!

This place was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The bed was comfortable, and the whole place looks very modern. I spoke with Ryan at check in and he was amazing, very helpful and welcoming. He made us feel so valued! I'm an extrovert and after a long trip in a car with no social interaction, a smiling face was a perfect welcome.
