The fire alarm went off my first night and some other issues, but the staff was so kind, Jay at the front desk was one of the nicest staff I have ever met and sincerely wanted to make my stay good. Kenya at the restaurant was great and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you!!

I can not say much about the rooms as I come for setting up an event but the staff, the General Manager Matthew were very polite, answered all of the questions and went to the extreme to give as the best possible service. Their space for the events is great and they have so much to offer. I encourage you to check them out if you have an event in the future.

My family and I attended the Annual Mother's Day Brunch. It was absolutely amazing. The food was perfect in every way and the service graciously matched. I can't imagine how much behind the scenes work goes into pulling something like this off.. kudos to the manager and chefs! It was a memorable experience. We are looking forward to attending again next year.

They are going through an update so I'm excited to see what that looks! I love the staff so I will continue going back. Everyone is friendly and helpful! I've stayed there 3 times now and have always felt very well taken care of. This last time I had the family with me and they were accommodating with my 2 toddlers and I love that the rooms are large enough to accommodate a pack'n play and a cot!

Great place to stay! Rooms are nice and the bed was comfy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating! They also have an amazing bartender that mixed the best drinks! She was super nice and took care of many guest by herself in a timely manner! Mrs. LaQuinda was awesome!

I stayed here several times, and each time has been pleasant. The rooms were super clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was bright and friendly and super helpful. Also, just had a meeting here and have to tell you… Miss Karen and Miss Lynn made my meeting room special. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Five stars!

I stayed at this hotel and it is a good hotel with super friendly staff. I really enjoyed it and will defiantly stay there the next time I am in Little Rock. It is a renovated older hotel, so there are some signs of this, but all the rooms are really nice and well done. The only thing that shows the older part are the hinges on the door (spots of rust) and an older tub. Overall really great, quiet, and nice stay.

I would like to mention the wonderful service I received here this past week. I work here in Little Rock and needed to stay local during the round of bad weather we had. I was able to get a room at 8:00 AM to sleep during the day. Delta was able to set me up without any issues. I especially want to mention Miles, who works the front desk. This guy could put anyone in a good mood in 5 minutes of conversation. He was able to work an issue with me that was reliant on a computer system that was not working well that morning, and he got it sorted out and fixed without holding me up from some much needed sleep.

Didn't get free breakfast, but the pantry room on my floor (5th) had a nice coffee machine and snacks available (trail mix, snack mix, fruit cups, oatmeal.) Can't say it was better than the regular continental breakfast, but considering the room rate was better than I was expecting I was happy with the compromise.

The room was very nice looking and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff we talked to during our stay were all helpful and really nice people.

Room AC wouldn't cool the room down and the staff did their best to help. Overall, great place to stay and Monnet at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Will have no problem staying here again.

My son and I were driving back home after getting him settled in and ready to move to Texas. It was close to midnight and still had 7 hours to drive. We decided to stay here. Very beautiful hotel. The front counter was easy to converse with and check in was painful. The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. Wish we had more time here.

Wow! Amazing customer service DOES still exist!!! I just checked in and Myles was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! I hope the company takes good care of him, because he is indeed a rare breed! Thank you for everything, Myles. Keep up the great work!!! I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area!

Delta is one of the best hotels here in Little Rock. The rooms are so spacious and so clean!!! I stress clean. I love the area and the staff is great!

Hotel is nice and clean, but the real reason for the 5 stars is how nice the employees are. I kept commenting the whole week how nice everyone is. Farrah was very helpful and nice when we ordered breakfast and the food cooked by Jonathan was excellent!

Really great hotel with plenty of parking. Made to order breakfast and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the vibe and the people. I would absolutely recommend 💯

There for Arkansas Rising Star Soccer College signings. Despite the damage to the front from recent snow and ice, the facility was lovely. The room we were in was spacious, but not too big.

Check in = professional and showed a willingness to help
Room = clean no visible stains from beding to bathroom.
Amenity concern = TV connection. We attempted several times to connect the TV but it did not work. The staff was called and came to the room to resolve. Provided us with another room and the issue still persisted. Darrian proceeded to check other rooms to see which one would accommodate our needs. He was so nice and gave us another room without incident. It turned out that there was a technical issue with a few rooms in our area. Thank you Darrian for all your help! We thought we were going to need another hotel but you handled the situation very well. Keep up the good work Darrian. Because of this interaction I would recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay but they need better signage this can be difficult to find

The rooms are very spacious and lean. The Bae was really nice with a huge selection of spirits. Kind of pricey for a blue collar worker but was worth it.

Beautiful facility and Miles at the front desk is TOP NOTCH!!!! Give him a raise, promote him, hold onto him! You guys are doing a beautiful job and it’s been lovely to unwind here. Very much appreciated.
