Candlewood Suites West Little Rock, an IHG Hotel

November 2022: My husband and I stay here almost every visit to family in Little Rock. We like the room with 2 beds. Full refrigerator, stove, and microwave in every room. Plenty of desk space if needed. So many stores and grocery stores nearby to buy food for your in-room dining. On this latest trip, Manager Thuy C welcomed us by name, and she found us a room on the first floor! We left some expensive items in the room when we checked out, and within an hour Simeon (at the front desk) called to tell us they were holding the items for us. We were still in town and able to retrieve the items before we left. We will definitely stay here again. Great value. Friendly and helpful staff.

I enjoyed our stay very much, the room was clean, had enough dishes (there were only two of us) and they worked quickly when I called the desk.

Wonderful! We had a bad experience at a different hotel our first night here, so we changed hotels and we were glad we did! Our room had a full kitchenette and cookware. Full size fridge and electric stove top. The hotel offers borrowing lockers that had books and board games you you check out. They also offered free laundry facilities alongside the gym. The room also had a nice peninsula office desk that would be perfect for business travelers. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for a month in November 2020 due to my husband being in catastrophic accident in Texas. Latrice and everyone who worked there during that time period were very friendly, accommodating, and made my life a little easier during that time. I'm 1,000 miles away now at home and still think of them and their kindness and caring during such a hard time. The hotel is clean, stocked with essentials, and is a good place to lay your head down at night.

Candlewood Suites in Little Rock was exactly what we needed to wind down and relax as a stop during our travels. The customer service was great and room was very comfortable. The kitchen area had all the necessities including a full-size refrigerator. The shower got hot very quickly (nice on a cold day). For entertainment, we rented a few board games from the hotel (which was something we hadn't seen at other hotels). Breakfast is not offered, but their store had a variety of affordable options. The location was close to everything we wanted to see and do in town. We'd highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

Great hotel with a good price. I was immediately greeted outside by the desk clerk who check me in promptly. He gave me the hotel info and then let me go. Room is nice and comfy. Hardwood floor, kitchenette with 2 burners, dishwasher, and some pot/pans. Great size desk for work. All in all, I'd stay here again

We love staying at Candlewood Suites. They never disappoint and this one sure didn’t! We drove through the night and they were extremely accommodating in letting us check in early so we could get some rest! They have a food pantry stocked with anything you’d want right in front of the front desk. Hardwood floors are always a plus and the full kitchen came in handy making late night snacks! Clean beds and a spacious bathroom make for a comfortable stay. Love when you can count on your room being clean and cozy when so far from home. Can’t wait to get back to Little Rock and stay here!

In the middle of our 4 night stay. This is a great property for the price.
We are enjoying the large room, the kitchen area, and the free laundry machines. The grill area outside is enjoyed by some and we hope to enjoy it tomorrow.

I really appreciate ALL the staff at candlewood suites for being a light in our darkest moments. From day one (and what I mean by day one is on the phone before my family and I even arrived here) they opened their arms up to us. The staff and their service made us feel like family and that we were welcomed. You all are a blessing! I can’t say thank you enough. My family thank you. Even Beaux 🐶 thank you, lol. I know Google has this as a two star hotel, but this hotel is worth more than two stars. If I could give y’all more than five stars on this review, I would. The room was everything my family and I needed. Nice size bathroom, amazing kitchen and appliances, comfortable beds, and even the TV was nice size. This was my first time in Arkansas, and it will not be my last. I’ll always book here, if available. Good bless y’all! 🖤 from NoLa.

I will be staying at another Candlewood due to location, but I called this one first to try and find out about their pet policy. Kareem was so helpful! He gave me all the information on the rooms and pet fees I needed, and when I mentioned how far it is from my family's house, he recommended the closer location. I'm so impressed with his customer service and really appreciate his help!

1 night or a weeks worth of nights...this the place. Amazing staff and the room is even better. Facilty is top notch.
And a bonus.. LAUNDRY ROOM for GUESTS! Rates are at or below average rates...sometimes below by 10$. Small kitchen, real fridge, nice bathroom, great shower, has it's own country store for meals or munchies.

This is such a great hotel! It's very clean and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and gave me recommendations on what places to visit in the area. The gym was nice and they offer free laundry services to their customers. Great place to stay at!

I didn't stay there buy my cousin did, the rooms had a full kitchen in them. Which is a plus but it took away from the actual room space. It was nice but the beds were small. Felt like a twin size.

This is a good location with nice clean rooms and friendly staff! I could be comfortable here for several days including doing some light stove top cooking. I come through Little Rock a few times a year and this is my go to place.

What an excellent place to stay! The staff were super helpful at check in. The parking lot was huge, which we appreciated because of our large vehicle. The room was spacious and had a full kitchenette. Very clean and friendly service A+ will be back!

Aunt said they had the best canteen / store grocery forget your item hot pockets burritos on the zoom zooms and wham whams peanut m&Ms Reese's pieces milk cookies so you don't have to go out to out to get a snack.
Had a king suite with a soaking tub I'll have to say the room is very nice for the price it is I've been to over 20 different stays in the last year and the room was nice with having a master bedroom on to the side kitchenette where you can cook your own meal on stuff and I have to go run through fast food really great extended stay place

Friendly staff, clean facility, decent gym and free laundry services for guest. Quiet during the week, more families in the weekends. Love the owner, she's great and easy to talk to.

The staff here treat me like family. I have only had great experiences during every stay, that's why I keep coming back!

Great price 25$ pet fee. Shower had great pressure. Room was clean, spacious. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Free laundry for guest, drinks and snacks but expensive, staff are nice and friendly. Have everything you need in rooms.
