My daughter and I have stayed at this hotel 2 times. The first time we weren't sure about how it would be, the second time it was on purpose because they are really nice, friendly and helpful. They serve free breakfast (unfortunately we didn't get to eat much), they have free cookies and popcorn in the afternoon. The rooms are clean and very well kept. We had a refrigerator and microwave in the room which was very HELPFUL since my daughter has insulin to store and after surgery needs to have warm soup. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful when we had a very noisy neighbor. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was close to the hospital, room was nice, fairly cheap. Biggest thing was the hotel manager Dominica was phenomenal. She was just as polite, friendly, and as helpful as could be. After the kind of day we had, it was very appreciated! Writing this from the room now. I hope this hotel appreciates what a great worker they have in her!

This is THE CLEANEST looking and smelling hotel I have ever stayed at! Hilton, Ramada, Marriott...this is much nicer!

Check out time is noon, which is a nice perk. Free breakfast is also offered from 6-9am. I won't be available to try it, but it's great to know my family has it available.

I am staying in a Double Queen. The bathroom is clean and roomy. It has the extra wide single vanity that stretches six feet across. The shower actually looks more like a home type of shower, with its molded fiberglass, but it's clean with no traces of mildew.

The closet is more of a nook, complete with iron and board, and a few hangers. The room itself has plenty of room, though it's not spacious. Cherry finished furniture gives a richer feeling to the room although the nice looking and large armoire/entertainment center contains an underwhelming 32" flat screen TV.

All in all, for what it is, it's very nice and I would definitely stay here again if I needed to.

This hotel is by far the best deal in town. You receive a complimentary Hot continental breakfast from 6 to 9 in the morning. The staff, mister Eugene is a Treasure of an employee. One of the reasons we stay at the Inn at Baptist Health is because Mr Eugene and staff at the Inn have a genuine, not fake appreciation for the customers. They remember the names of the customers and make them feel welcomed and as if they were an old acquaintance.

The best part of staying at this hotel is the well decorated, super clean rooms and the wonderful employees at The Inn at Baptist Health which I heard is also owned by Baptist Health Hospital.

The Inn at Baptist Health provides free lodging to patients having medical treatment and their families. Our room was clean and in good repair. The beds were covered with soft, downy comforters. There is a nice TV, a microwave and goodly sized refrigerator, hot water, with ample towels and toiletries. The service was wonderful and staff friendly. There is a Continental breakfast beginning at 6 A.M. I cannot review breakfast as I was scheduled for surgery early that next morning. We checked out before 6A.M.

I couldn't have asked for much better. My boyfriend And I stayed here for a little over a week because our son was in the NICU across the street. Its very clean, accomadating for the differently abled and those who are sick, going to treatments, or visiting family that are in and out of the hospital.

The rooms come equipped with a fairly large mini fridge, microwave and a tv with a good selection of channels. The beds are also comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast is great, as good as these get, and the 24/7 coffee saved my sleep deprived self on daily basis. They also had complimentary fresh baked cookies (peanut butter, oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip), and fresh popped popcorn every day after 2pm. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a hand calling the shuttle for you or giving you advice on the area.

My only complaints are for the housekeeping staff. And really I just had a couple of minor inconveniences involving them. The first being they threw away/took my pizza! We had ordered a pizza, ate a few slices and put the leftovers on top of the fridge with other items we had bought. We left to visit our son, came back a couple hours later and our pizza was gone. That was our dinner and a good $25 worth of pizza and breadsticks they threw out. (We had visitors eating with us) I would suggest putting anything you don't want thrown out inside the fridge or in a drawer. I can see why they made the assumption we didn't want it any more but it was still disappointing.
The next inconvenience was after a tough night, with little sleep, we left to errands, when we came back around 1130a/12pm our beds were stripped and the room was in the process of being cleaned with no housekeepers in sight. So we went to visit our son and wait for them to finish the room. We came back at 130/2pm and our room was in the same state it was in when we left. We asked the front desk clerk what was going on and when they would be bringing new sheets in so we could take a quick nap before getting back to the hospital for our son's next feeding in 2.5 hrs. It took another hour for them to come off their lunch break and finish the room. I can't make any excuses for this. It was a great inconvenience to us, and we were not able to get a nap in before seeing our son again which left us both dozing off in his room when we should have been able to devote those precious moments to bonding with him. They should have completed an occupied room before going on break.

With that said, that only happened once at the end of our stay there and before that the only complaint we had was they threw away/took our pizza that we had not properly put away. Overall the stay was a nice one and I would still recommend the place form those that need to be close to the hospital.

The employees there were very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable. It's a good place to start of you need somewhere to sleep and eat breakfast. It's not luxurious, but it's super comfortable.

While I had to go thru a booking agent to reserve the room on line, the fee was less than quoted. No room service, but so very accommodating for folks with loved ones at the hospital. Noon checkout works well for morning tests when coming a long distance.

This was the most accommodating hotel for someone with disabilities that ive ever stayed in. They even have wheelchairs and walking canes for their guest. It was very clean and nice. Only complaint i would have is the wifi wouldn't let me stream but other than that 5 stars all the way around!!!!!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while my dad was in ICU, and our home was 2 hours away. Clean, comfortable rooms, amazingly caring staff, and prices that didn't break the bank.

My mom was very sick and we drove all night to get to her. Around noon we were beat and needed a shower. They let us check in early without hesitation or extra charge.
