Yes, I thoroughly enjoyed my excellent customer service with the entire team. The receptionist acknowledged my presence immediately and was courteous. Scott who was there from start to finish ensured there was a smooth transition from drop off to pickup of my completed vehicle service. I received transportation to my car rental agency to rent my car. Thanks so much for my new bumper. The entire team was exceptional and I love my new bumper. Kudos to an excellent team.

Every single person who I encountered at the downtown collision center went above and beyond to take care of my car and make sure I was satisfied . I was informed every step of the way, they handled the insurance, and picked me up promptly when car was finished. Friendly, helpful, thorough, and the work was done perfectly and timely. I highly recommend downtown Bale collision !

While dropping my daughter off at College for the very first time, in an unfamiliar city… Bale, and the staff there alleviated this Moms concerns about getting my Daughters car repaired. The shop was clean, and organized. The staff were reassuring and communicative about what to expect, and the work done was exceptional. They are top notch!!

The repair work on my vehicle was done fast and after 5 days of driving , I haven't experienced any problems. The employees were friendly and would return my calls during the course of my vehicle being repaired.
