SpringHill Suites by Marriott Little Rock West

It needs some work but as far as the staff, exceptional. Awesome people with great attributes.
They did a lot of work making it aesthetically pleasing. with that being said they need major maintenance on the small things in the rooms.

This SpringHill Suites just completed a complete hotel wide renovation, finishing in February 2024. Every aspect of the hotel is like brand new - the guest rooms, the lobby, the pool, the outside and it looks immaculate. The hotel is also under brand new management as of the renovation, so the service is top-notch. Highly recommend giving this hotel a try on your next visit to Little Rock.

This hotel has been under renovation for the past 14 months. Stopped by to visit and it looks amazing. Can't wait for them to open.

Honestly, after staying in my last hotel I would give anything 5 stars. But this hotel is really good.

Christine(I believe) was working the front desk and was so welcoming and helpful. She is phenomenal. Give the girl a raise! She definitely is what made this hotel great, accommodating our needs at midnight and more.

It was a very nice hotel! I stayed there for my cosmetology written test and no joke I think has the EASIEST route to the testing center by far. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was really good, decent, but still good. I recommend the blueberry muffins! Their showers are amazing, I don't know if they're all the same but LORD! super nice! I love the way the whole suite was set up, the couch was also very comfortable too! Oh and they had Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner samples to wash your hair with! My hair was super soft after that!

Let me start with the staff. Both women I had the pleasure of dealing with were so kind and helpful. I am staying due to a medical surgery for my partner and I tell you they were so accommodating! They made sure we had a ground level room that was spacious and clean. It was so nice to come into such a nice room after such a long drive. I messed up my bookings before I even got there and the women helped me get everything on track over the phone. While I was getting confused she was kind, patient and Informative. I was also very grateful to the breakfast options as I have a lot of dietary restrictions it was nice to have multiple options of food up there that I was able to eat.

Clean and comfortable. Nice room, had you tube and Netflix streaming which was cool. Shower had good pressure. Beds had good support and comfortable. Again, it was very clean. The pool was nothing special. Indoor , smallish and cold. And towels were hard to come by. But if that's the worst part of a stay I'll take it.

Hotel was very clean, updated, and accessible to the highway. The staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided in the morning was a great way to start the day and had healthy options. My kids liked that hot chocolate was available throughout the day. There are also several very good restaurants close by. This hotel was a welcome stop after a long day of driving.

The place was very clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have an indoor pool, and a gym. The rooms were very big. Nicely decorated. I will be staying there everytime I have to go out of town.

Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet when we visited (Oct 2020). Masks required in public spaces. Even though breakfast is grab-and-go, we are a hot bacon-and-egg biscuit that was delicious. Our room had a Walk-in shower only, no tub, but the shower is nice. We will stay here again.

Great stay here! We thought the beds were comfy! The sofa pull out bed was not something I would have slept on but, we were happy to have it for the kids. Room was clean and included a small fridge and microwave. Great sized shower. Easy check in and out.

I stayed at this hotel on both the front end and back end of my trip and enjoyed my experience each time. The rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. I also liked having a sink in the main room as well as the bathroom. My only complaint would be that the bathroom in my second room wasn't as updated as the one in my first room. I would definitely stay here if I'm in the area again.

I really appreciate Jacoby's kindness. I felt he really tried everything he could to help me and my family (party of 10). We need more Jocoby's! Also, ALL the staff greeted me and asked how I was throughout my stay. This was not the norm at another establishment in the area. The place looked clean. The bedding smelled of bleach which is what I like & I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee.

We only stayed for one night in the middle of a long drive but this hotel was the perfect spot to catch a good night's rest. The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. You could also tell that the hotel had been renovated fairly recently because everything was pretty and modern. The breakfast selection in the morning was nice as well.

We've stayed at this place over and over again as our halfway stop to KY. It has seen some wear and tear over the years but the staff is always friendly and helpful. Also just saw they are renovating next year. But an excellent place to stay.

Hall carpets getting down and elevator is slow and noisy. Was a little concerned about the Cat 2 but good ratings so I gave it a try. The Google maps took me to a parking lot that was beside the hotel but no access. I was very pleased with the room. Cat 3+ rooms at Cat 2 prices. Nice!

Stayed here one night 5/9/15. Nice, clean room. Accommodations were modern, linens were clean. Has a refrigerator, microwave and a counter with a stainless steel sink. Did not use the pool. They were painting the outside of the building so we had plastic over our windows but that didn't bother us. We weren't in the room much anyway. As always the iron was crappy. They sell beer in the lobby and are applying for a wine permit also. I would stay here again. Also, staff seemed friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really great, being both friendly and competent in their jobs. The facility was very clean and well appointed. It was also quiet, the beds were welcoming, and the overall atmosphere, although not lax, was relaxed and homey. I would recommend a stay here.

Our room was very nice and the hotel is clean. We woke up too late for the breakfast, but they do provide complimentary. We wanted to check-in a friend who arrived at 2:00am though and they apparently can't do that, even though they had rooms available. Their system can't handle this. While at the desk talking to them, someone else called on the phone wanting a room and got the same response. That is sort of dumb. Our stay was fine other than sending our friend to a different hotel.
