I was a little nervous going to a new place for the first time for a pixie cut: with short hair, every snip of the scissors matters.

Jared asked me if I’d like a beverage, maybe a beer or glass of wine? He took time to listen to my fears and desires for the perfect cut, and then delivered it! He has a kind spirit and great skill with scissors. The conversation was great, and I left feeling confident and refreshed! I will be going back to Jared. ☺

Ashleigh is amazing! She has been doing my hair and eyebrows for a couple months now and I always leave loving the way my hair/eyebrows look. She really takes her time and does a phenomenal job. So happy I found her and this salon!

This was my first visit to this hair salon. Jared gave my hair a keratin express treatment; he was attentive & careful with my fragile, thinning hair. The price was like others around town. He also gave me a great TV show recommendation. 😊 I'll be back for the next one.

I went in with messed up hair from another salon and I walked in and the owner got me in with someone the very next day she was awesome. She gave me so many choices and showed me so many options to do my hair. She worked with me and I love her to death. The salon is clean, and the employees are very friendly, I will be going back. First let me start with the front desk girly, she was sooo sweet & upbeat and very refreshing to meet when you first walk in. The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Billie was my stylist and her attention and passion for what she does really made me comfortable. She understood the importance of my curls & how previous stylist didn't listen to my needs and she told me what SHE thought would be best for my hair from the treatment she wants to do, and the cut. My hair leaving was styled and a week later I washed my hair and my curly look so amazing . The cut she gave me (was alot but I requested that) made my curls pop and made me fall inlove with my hair again. Shes so sweet & attentive and made my experience so peaceful & relaxing! I'm so glad I chose this salon! I'd been in the market for a new one and heard about Salon L through some Facebook recommendations. I booked with Ashleigh, and she did such a great job listening to what I wanted to do with my hair, and the results are amazing. She was so great to work with and made the morning go by smoothly. I've gotten so many compliments on the color, so I'll definitely be back!

Laura Beth was so sweet and listened to me and what my vision was. Everyone really was so nice here- the receptionist at the front desk was engaging and listening to the customer in front of me and wasn’t dismissive of the lady. Seemed to genuinely care about the lady. Nice atmosphere and team spirit (hair dresser next to mine said to her client she’d be right back, she needed to go get something, and Laura Beth offered to share her supplies). I’d recommend this salon!

From the moment you walk in the door everyone is so welcoming. Billie and Jerod did a cut and color. I feel like I have been transformed! They do miracles.

Love the atmosphere they are extremely nice and inviting. Ashly did a wonderful job on my hair she asked questions about my hair I didn’t really think about, but I came out with a great cut and style.

I was going to be flying out of LR for a family wedding & my hair desperately needed help so I called for an appt on short notice, SalonL truly ‘worked me in’ to help me. After my color, the owner was looking at the top of my head and realized ‘it just wasn’t right. I didn’t think much of it cuz I assumed it was the lighting, & I wouldn’t have said anything anyway as I knew they had ‘worked me in’, it was late & I was the only customer still in there. Next think I knew they were ‘re-doing’ my hair! I overheard the owner on the phone telling someone, ‘to go ahead without her and she’d catch up later’. She had plans, but put a client first!! And I’m not even a ‘regular, consistent client. I don’t even live there. It was so unbelievable and really & truly showed me what client care and customer service is! I know this is long, but so was the amount of (personal) time taken away from the staff at Salon L just to make something right. Something they noticed and I hadn’t even mentioned. Truly blew my mind…as you just don’t see that very often anywhere anymore. They cared and it mattered. This salon definitely deserves 5++ stars wanting to make certain their clients leave happy!
So, don’t ever hesitate to make sure and tell them if you aren’t satisfied…this is one place that it is part of their practice to make sure you are.

Richie is the absolute BEST. I’ve been going to her for over eight years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always leave so happy with my hair and she has become a dear friend. All of the other stylists are so friendly as well. I look so forward to my hair appointments! ❤ I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Jared is fantastic! This was my first visit with him as my hairstylist stopped doing hair. I will definitely be back. Jared is very knowledgeable about about both color and highlights. My hair is super soft and the cut is exactly how I like it. He also changed my daughter's hair from bleach blind to copper and it is beautiful. If you are searching for a new stylist, I definitely recommend Jared and Salon L.
