I’m highly recommending McLarty Collision to everyone. They were the cheapest and had the best turnover time too.

I was rear ended and had extensive damage to the back of my Pathfinder. The techs were very responsive and apologetic when they ran across more damage than they originally found, causing the repair to take longer than expected. And then there were supply chain delays that were out of their hands. They kept me undated in the repair status thru text and a separate website that allowed me to see pictures of the repair process. That was a very welcomed surprise. It took almost 2 months to the day, but I got it back good as new. They even sent me the CarFax report for my records. The repair is guaranteed for the entire time i own this vehicle. I wad defiantly recommend and use again.

Great guys and I am looking forward to working with them on getting my truck (that unfortunately got ALL busted up) back in tiptop shape! Will update and post new pictures after he's all fixed up!

These guys do incredible work! The vehicle looks newer than when I bought it. Tuyet and the staff kept me posted a couple times per week. Body peeps are magicians. Definitely recommend taking your tornado beaten vehicle here.

Did a great job repairing my vehicle after an accident. Customer service was great. I was able to do my estimate online without having to bring it in. They worked with the insurance company throughout to make sure the repair was covered. They kept me updated throughout the process.

The best customer service rep ever is Tuyet. She is so amazing from start to finish. My car came out cleaner than when it went in. Thank you Tuyet for being so amazing. Everything with Mcclarty Collison West is top notch. I have used several shops in my years of driving will never go anywhere else.

McLarty did a good job. It took longer than what I was first told but they did a good job communicating with me. They called me first with the first update not too long after dropping off my vehicle. I had to call for an update from them some time later but someone got back to me in what I considered a timely manner. The individual that was my contact person was very kind and polite and informed me of what was being done. She also tried helping me with another situation that came up and did it with a smile. I felt comfortable asking questions and she made me feel welcome to do so. I would recommend them and would go back to them should I need my vehicle’s body to be worked on again.

I brought in my original assessment and car, the staff was friendly, quick to help and answer questions. They were able to schedule a drop off date quickly based off original assessment. McLarty found additional damage, which I expected, they worked efficiently to get the supplemental to the insurance company, ordered parts to decrease delays, and always kept me in the loop. The new pick up date was spot on and they made that process very easy. Overall service was professional and friendly.

For my car, you cannot even tell there was damage! The quality of the job is top notch and the painting flawlessly matches the car. The interior of my car was detailed and cleaner than when I dropped it off. They have exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend their services and will readily use them again should the need arise.

We had our BMW front bumper painted by McClarty Collision West who did a fabulous job and were very efficient. I live 2 hours away and they made my drop off and pick up very easy. Ms Crystal was phenomenal! She kept me posted by text if any & all changes. Said about 3 days, then something was found that needed to be fixed and the part ordered. Being the holiday weekend it was gonna make it ready on June 1st, well I get a call about 5:20 pm that Friday saying your SUV is ready for pickup! I picked up and my vehicle looked good as new and I was able to have my vehicle for the holiday weekend trip. Thank you McLarty for great service.

This was an insurance claim so I can't determine if pricing was fair or affordable but they really provide 5 star service! Great communication, repairs was right on point, everything was completed in a timely fashion. Most definitely would recommend!

I had body repair work done on my car; fender, bumper, and headlight replacements, and painting. Communication was excellent and the work was completed in the estimated time.

They were extremely helpful and and prompt in responding. My vehicle took a long time to repair because of the damage from accident. I can’t tell anything ever happened to my car. Thank you super grateful and Tuyet is a super power house of a woman. Prompt response time always in a great mood and so professional. I don’t know the techs/mechanics that worked on my car but thank you for your awesomeness.
