We were looking for a clean and safe hotel to stay at during our travels in an Penske moving truck from Alabama to Colorado. We were nervous to leave the truck parked just anywhere and wanted to stay at a Hilton. This hotel looked to be in a great spot and not too far from the highway. It did not disappoint. Clarence kindly greeted us and was very sweet. He went above and beyond to provide amazing service. The restaurant was delicious and it had a fun bourbon bar that was quite an unexpected treat. We left pretty early and the front desk man (maybe Greg) made sure we left with coffee. This hotel made a long and arduous trip a bit enjoyable and we appreciate that!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Clarence at the front desk was so attentive to make sure our room was special for the occasion.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Entered the room to rose petals and champagne! Awesome staff and great service. Table 28 restaurant was amazing. 5 ✨'s

Our stay was wonderful. Clean and classy room with free water. The man at the front desk was kind enough to give us a huge glass of milk for our toddler even though it was well past midnight. The server gave us free milk on our way out. Breakfast is not free. Avocado toast was ok but eggs were good. Front desk extended checkout time till 12 pm for free on request. Would definitely stay here again.

Love staying here. The rooms are so spacious and clean. The staff is helpful, prompt, efficient and professional. I've stayed here the last 3 times I've been to Little Rock and I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else. Clarence is my favorite manager. Everyone there is so nice. The location is 10 mins from anywhere. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. It was really easy to get to, right off the highway, but felt secluded too. It is a great location for exploring Little Rock. It is just 20 minutes from The Old Mill at T.R. Pugh Memorial Park. Clean, nice rooms and friendly staff.

The bed was so amazing and I slept like a true champ. No joke. The pillows are so soft and you can fall asleep immediately. The property is small but just right for a perfect occasion such as a wedding weekend. The service was great and I was greeted by Adrienne. She was phenomenal. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything about it is first class. Thank you and keep up the great work.

First off, the service and staff at this hotel are fantastic! Such lovely people, very kind. And the fixtures and decor are overall quite thoughtful and trendy.

Currently, the pool is closed.

Of note, the bathroom door has a frosted glass window in it, so if you wake significantly sooner than your partner, you will have to stumble around in the dark so as not to wake them with the bright bathroom lighting that will shine right through.

The morning coffee bar was a lovely perk. I'm not too fond of the sour coffee that seems to be trending this decade, so for my second cup, I went back to the room to use the complimentary Keurig machine.

One small, personal niggle: I really value fancy, scented soaps for the momentary "aromatherapy" experience. I used three different bathrooms in the hotel. Each one had a different brand or scent label on the bottle, and they looked promising. But regardless of the scent claimed, they all smelled exactly the same, which means they're just refilling the bottles with the same vaguely tropical fruit scented soap in all the dispensers. I know it's a small thing, but I look forward to fancy soap experiences, so that was a bit of a let down.

I don't want to tell everyone about this beautiful hotel but I have to review & say this is 5 stars!
The king suite is huge! It feels very home like. Dining area, living room space with sofa, tv & fireplace (which I couldn't figure out how to work), a bar area with fridge, desk to work on. Connecting room has the king bed with another tv & dresser and then big bathroom with walk in shower that has Delta brand shower head which feels amazing. The toiletries provided were high quality Bath and body works body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion & hand soap. They provide 2 bath robes (Im not a fan of hotel bath robes as they are not soft, but its nice to have them provided). They give qtips, cotton balls, etc. All the necessary items you may need. Room was also very clean. Appreciate that the most!
Super quiet hotel. Plenty of parking available. Location is great! Near many restaurants & close to highway. I cannot wait to return. I've never felt so at home until I started staying at the Tapestry Hilton collection hotels.
Thank you.

The Burgundy: Little Rock's Gemstone of Hospitality (5/5)
If you're searching for a haven of Southern charm and modern luxury in the heart of Little Rock, look no further than The Burgundy Hotel. From the moment you step into the artfully-curated lobby, with its warm lighting and plush seating, you know you're in for an extraordinary experience.

Accommodations fit for royalty: My room was a symphony of comfort and elegance. Crisp linens adorned a cloud-like bed, while the spacious marble bathroom was a spa-worthy retreat. Every detail, from the plush towels to the high-speed Wi-Fi, felt meticulously considered.

Service with a smile (and a Southern drawl): The staff at The Burgundy are the epitome of Southern hospitality. They go above and beyond to ensure your every need is met, from offering local recommendations to remembering your preferred coffee order. I felt like a valued guest, not just a room number.

Culinary delights: Table 28, the hotel's on-site restaurant, is a destination in itself. The menu showcases fresh, seasonal ingredients transformed into innovative dishes that tantalize the taste buds. Don't miss the signature bone-in ribeye – it's pure melt-in-your-mouth magic.

Location, location, location: Situated in the vibrant West Little Rock district, The Burgundy is within walking distance of museums, art galleries, and trendy shops. It's the perfect base for exploring the city's hidden gems and soaking up the local atmosphere.

The Burgundy isn't just a hotel; it's an experience. It's a place where Southern charm meets modern luxury, where every detail is thoughtfully considered, and where you're made to feel like royalty. It's, without a doubt, my go-to stay in Little Rock, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable escape.

Tip: Book your room in advance, especially during peak season, as The Burgundy is a popular spot!

In a nutshell:

Ambiance: Elegant, modern, and inviting
Service: Impeccable and personalized
Rooms: Spacious, comfortable, and luxurious
Food: Delicious and innovative
Location: Perfect for exploring Little Rock
Final verdict: 5 out of 5 stars – an absolute must-stay in Little Rock!

I hope this review helps you plan your stay at The Burgundy Hotel!

I’ve been here maybe 7 times. It’s consistently a great experience! I love the rooms, they are clean, large and quiet.

The restaurant, Table 28, is always top rate.

The people working here are so nice and conscientious. The Guest Services Supervisor, Clarence, deserves a special call out. He is so polite and attentive to every request. The hotel got a great find in him!

All in all, highly recommended!

Excellent small hotel. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the service at both the desk and breakfast restaurant. A couple of notes, don’t bother with a digital key, it works about 20% of the time at the room and not at all in common areas. Breakfast was excellent; gold/platinum members do get a comp on the ticket however this isn’t advertised anywhere except on an old online menu. Hotel should be more upfront with this feature as it would’ve factored hugely in my choice of hotel.

Preparing a trip just to go back to the hotel. Usually, I plan trips around attractions and events. But this time, it's strictly for this hotel. We enjoyed the space, very clean rooms, close to shops and restaurants and even a Starbucks within walking distance!!!!!

I was very pleased with the customer service and the esthetics of the hotel, however, the water pressure when someone flushed the toilet should be addressed. It was rather low. Also, the sheets on the beds could be softer. They felt like starched pants. Chad was the best. Me and my family were leaving at night and we thought the severe thunderstorms had past, but he warned us of the power being out in the direction we were going. He's the reason why I rated it 5 stars. Other than that, it would have been 4 stars.

The Burgundy is a beautiful hotel, in a convenient and quiet location. My room was beautiful, very comfortable and spacious. There is also a decent on-site restaurant (The 28th?) I would venture to a different restaurant if given the choice again but I highly recommend The Burgundy.

I felt so comfortable during my recent stay as a result of the genuinely friendly and inviting attitude of the staff at this property. They created an atmosphere which was so infectious that it spread throughout the guests, everyone in the building was smiling, friendly and a pleasure to be around.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE in every way!
EXTRA SPECIAL RECOGNITION GOES TO "CLARENCE F" at the front desk.

I stayed at The Burgundy for two nights. My extended family (from Europe to California) and I had many rooms, because my almost 99-year-old Uncle Fred died and we were all in Little Rock for his funeral and burial.
I had the honor to deliver a speech about my Uncle Fred. However, I kept editing it up to the last minute.

Clarence assisted me more than once in printing a hard copy of what I kept thinking was the final version of my speech. He was always happy to help me, while anyone else would have been annoyed. After I delivered my speech and returned to the hotel, Clarence immediately asked how it went. My sister told him I did great! Clarence was genuinely happy for me and gave my sister and me each a snack of our choice to celebrate! Clarence is a super duper nice guy! Being at the front desk of the hotel is a perfect place for him!

Many thanks for a very nice stay, despite the fact we were there for a funeral!

I’ve traveled extensively and was in Little Rock to enjoy time with my wife. We loved this place. This unique, quite and small hotel by Hilton hit the mark. Mix of contemporary, southern charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At night we enjoyed the romantic fire on the patio by the pool. Location is good. Unique, upper tier restaurant on site. Cleaner than all other Hiltons I’ve stayed in. We actually saw a staff member dusting the lamp shades. Thanks for the great stay. Highly recommended.
