As a realtor, Jose & crew puts on about a dozen roofs a year for us in addition to my own roof and fence. They've done whole house remodeling for our clients and the craftsmanship is beyond the best. Helping my parents get a new roof on their house and working with Kevin and Jose was very positive. Kevin was very professional and gave me lots of info and a very competitive quote. There was a little issue with the install, but Jose the owner went out of his way and made everything good again. My parents are happy with the work that was done. 5 stars I'd recommend them to anyone in the little rock area.

Positive post for J&Z Construction and Roofing. We used them at church for a difficult gutter job and I liked them so much that I hired them to install a cedar fence with metal posts surrounding my backyard. They finished the job ahead of schedule, came when they said they would, walked me through the project as it was being done to make sure we were understanding what I wanted, and were patient with me and my lack of good communication skills. I had four quotes and they were very competitive in price and did an excellent job from what I can tell. Someone complained that their employees slept an hour in their yard and my guess is that it was their lunch hour. The crew was friendly and worked late each day. The only thing I suggest is to understand that Kevin takes care of the estimate and paper work and Jose takes care of the work to be done so make sure to tell Jose any concerns or stipulations about your expectations. It was a very pleasant experience working with all of them and I recommend them to friends.

I have used JZ for a wide array of jobs, and they always go above and beyond to make sure the work is done right. I am in the real estate business and have dealt with a lot of contractors, and they are by far one of my favorite people to work with. I only have good things to to say about them.

I had a wonderful experience with JZ Roofing. I was out of town in March when we had that horrible storm that shot a tree branch through my roof on a Friday evening. I called my insurance agent Monday, was in touch with Nate on Tuesday, got everything situated & ordered by Thursday. By the following Monday, everything was delivered & the guys were out on Wednesday & Thursday.
To say that I feel I received awesome, efficient service doesn't even touch it. I was expecting a 2-3 week wait, but that was not to be the case. The roofers were incredibly pleasant, polite, efficient and - most of all - clean. I found 2 roofing tacks on my sidewalk after they left. You couldn't tell they were even there. My neighbors (who are retired & home during the day) couldn't say enough wonderful things about them, as well as their workmanship. YES! I highly recommend them. My roof looks wonderful.
Now, if someone could come up with a means of keeping those nasty leaves & branches off my New Roof!!!

J&Z Roofing did an outstanding job with our new roof. They come highly recommended, and were very professional. The crew was very respectful of our yard, and all belongings. When they were done they cleaned up, and made sure everything was placed back where they orginally found it. Would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roof maintenance.

Leaving a review after getting my roof done by JZ Roofing in 2014 (5 years later). Everything is holding up perfectly, no leaks! The starter shingles are still straight. J&Z made the whole experience easy. The workers were professional and nice. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend this company. They took care of us and our neighbor and did the same great job both times. All of the details were handled, they were honest with us about the process, product and pricing and the crew did a great job on the shingle installation and clean up.

There are so many roofing companies out there, it's hard to research all of them. We had it narrowed down to two. We went with JZ because Nate showed up for our initial consultation exactly when he said he would. He was honest about what could and couldn't be done and he worked with us on getting a color that they didn't usually have in stock. I can say that our experience with JZ Roofing was fantastic and we will be working with them on rebuilding our fence next.

We could not be happier with this company. They were highly recommended by a number of tradespeople we know who said they did outstanding work. Our insurance adjuster was impressed by the fact their roofing standards exceeded Arkansas code. Natalie was an expert when it came to explaining the materials and process. Before the one day job began, they tarped the grounds surrounding the house. When the roof was finished they went over the property with magnets picking up stray nails and finished with a leaf blower. Clean up was excellent. As a final touch, they spray painted the new attic turbines and various vent pipes to match the new roof. My only disappointment? I can’t give them more than 5 stars!

The service with JZ Roofing was fast, friendly and professional from start to finish. They helped throughout the entire process of replacing my roof and filing my claim for hail damage. Scott was very hands on and available any time I had questions. I highly recommend JZ Roofing for your residential roofing needs!

JZ did an excellent job. They offered competitive price and our job was scheduled within a week. Excellent crew and cleanup. We had our old roof removed and replaced with lifetime guarantee shingles in 2 days.

Spoke with Jose and inquired about a free estimate for a leaky roof. He said that he would have Kevin get a hold of me to set up an appointment. Kevin called and scheduled the appointment for the SAME DAY! Kevin was very courteous and even came COVID-19 prepared. He was honest with his information about my circumstances regarding my roof and chimney. Kevin gave some helpful suggestions on how to approach my issues. Thankful for his advice

These guys were fantastic. They handled everything from beginning to end with little involvement from me. Their guys had the roof off and replaced in 1.5 days, it looks great, and the cleanup exceeded my expectations. I will be using them for future projects when needed.
