We have been customers since they opened many many years ago. Their service was superb. It still is. It’s nice to know the folks you trust your meds with.

Great place!

This was a little spot in a strip mall that had all of the necessary items that we needed in order to get in and get back on our road trip! There was a good selection of medications and also offered greeting cards. Everything was well organized and well stocked. The service was fast and efficient and there was no waiting in line! Great way to pop in and pop out.

Everyone there is so friendly, helpful and prompt. I walk in and they instantly say "Hi Chris!" I feel bad since I don't know all of their names, but they remember mine. When I order prescription refills I'm in the store no longer than 2 minutes.

When I get a vaccine there, be it flu or covid, I barely feel it. They are so gentle! My sister uses Walgreens and I keep telling them to try the drug store because I can't say enough good things about this place. They've taken care of me and my family for years and I plan to use the drug store for years to come. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place!

I love this pharmacy! The staff are very professional and friendly. Philip and Dennis are excellent pharmacists who seem very dedicated about their work and truly care about their customers. I’ve never experienced this level of care at a pharmacy! Thank you!

Staff is always friendly and helpful, they are quick to fill the prescription and super patient with my 3 year old, who insists on bringing me all the greeting cards no matter how much I ask him not to.The pharmacy is super chic, smells good, and it is (surprisingly!) as affordable as any other. We're in love with it! <3

I have been a customer since 2006 after my father filled a prescription at their pharmacy for me after surgery. My parents have been customers I believe since they first opened. They really are the very BEST pharmacy in Little Rock! They are quick, efficient, super friendly and will go the extra mile to help you with any issues. So glad to have found this great pharmacy. 😊👍

My wife and I have used The Drug Store for over 15 years. Phillip Judd and his staff are always friendly, helpful, and have my prescription at the front desk by the time I walk from the door. Last week my manufacturing company engaged Phillip to hold two COVID vaccine clinics and vaccinated over 100 employees on four shifts. He was very good with explaining the vaccine and calming nerves of employees that were scared of needles.

They have been really good to me for over a year & more now. They are quick & friendly. These guys are so wonderful & will always take time to enjoy a chat with their customers. They go above & beyond to help. Its always a pleasure doing business with them. Love these guys!!!!

After going to a known national store for many years, I am so glad that I switched over to “The Drug Store”. Glad to be supporting a local family business and extremely appreciative of the amazing customer service they provide. If your going anywhere else, big mistake...!!!

The only pharmacy I will ever use. Friendly people who are very smart and make things very simple. It seems like at other pharmacies there is always something wrong and that has never been the case during my years here. I love it and highly recommend to all.

The employees at The Drug Store treat you like family! I drive 40 minutes past all of the other pharmacies because of the excellent service! They continue to provide excellent service!

The best pharmacy I've found. The staff remembers me when I come in, they are always friendly and my prescriptions are ready in record time. They have a great selection of products that are comparably priced to other stores but the best thing is, if you need help, they take the time to help you!

My first visit to this drug store was amazing!! I walked in as a new customer and gave them my prescription and literally 4 min later- yes sir we got you ready!! Awesome that’s incredible!! I’m on Subutex wich is a medication assistance treatment for opioid abuse disorder and is very expensive medication. Not at the drug store!! Very best deals!! Check them out!!

We love The Drug Store! They've been my pharmacy for almost 20 years—and I'm 30! They're always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they have reasonable prices. Their new location is great, too!

Upon walking into this magnificent store in it's lovely location, the first thing they do is say a very friendly greeting, effortlessly recalling my name. This store makes me feel at home, unlike all of the corporate pharmacies that just make you feel uncomfortable from the moment you walk in, until you walk out the door. I used to be an opioid addict, but I got help for it through the use of buprenorphine hydrochloride sublingual tablets. Once I used to go to Wal-Mart, or Walgreens, or even Kroger to get my medication, they'd always give me that look like I'm the scum of the earth. It's as if I can tell they're thinking, "Oh God, here comes that kid with the heroin addiction coming to get his fix." It made me feel absolutely vilified, as if I weren't already carrying enough social stigma. However, at this godsend of a pharmacy I never have to feel that way, I feel as if they understand this addiction of mine. And even if they don't understand at all, at least they don't treat me like dirt. I will NEVER go to another pharmacy. Usually at smaller pharmacies such as these, the price of out-of-pocket medications is more than other bigger pharmacies, although surprisingly, this location is much cheaper than its competitors! One day I will go to medical school, and when I become a doctor, I hope I will be able to make my patients feel half as good as they make theirs!
