Four Points by Sheraton Little Rock Midtown

Quiet spacious room, friendly staff, clean, beautiful lobby, ask about AAA/CAA discount. It seems bathtubs are hard to come by in the Marriott chain but this hotel was happy to accomodate. On-site parking included in our stay.

I had a great stay during the snowstorm. Stayed in town for work.
Thomas went out of his way to be helpful. He got up at 4 am just to make sure I got to work on time.
Chelsea, the bartender, was great!
If you are looking for a 24/7 shuttle, look elsewhere.
Nice clean rooms, food and bar are great!

We were fortunate enough to stay here as The Ronald McDonald House put us up because our son had an appointment for a follow-up at Children's Hospital. Being from out-of-town, just as I found the hotel, I was looking for an entrance and drove past it. With no other choice but having to turn right, I got back on the freeway to come around again. This time I entered the parking lot and drove up to the entry way. The employee behind the desk easily checked my family in and I asked for the late check out which was no problem. We were also informed of being able to park closer to our room, just a elevator and swift walk away.
As we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of it as well as the beds. The bathroom was large and we found a closet to hang our garments and drawers for other clothes.
There was a 50in tv, microwave, fridge and a safe. With many USB ports, we could charge our electronics almost anywhere.
We all slept well and woke up " easily " for our 6am meeting ( which made me sad because I love breakfast 🤤 ) at the Outpatient Building. As the morning progressed, we realized we would not be back by the late check out time. I called and spoke to a manager about the situation which he kindly allowed us to check out by 4pm, if needed. Upon leaving, the front desk employee was very nice and wished our son a swift and healthy recovery.
Other than a slightly odd location, everything at this hotel was more than we expected and the employees and manager were professional.
The only problem was we couldn't find a coffee station upon walking in the front door.

This is one of the best places to go for events. We had or annual white Christmas there this past weekend and the staff were amazing and one lady stood out she was there making sure our food was great and we had everything we needed then she was there checking us out with a 2 hour turn around she not only was great at the event she made sure we all were checked out the next morning. She gave me her name but it slipped my mind. I want to say it was Brittney but not sure but she needs a raise and a promotion for being an amazing hostess and great lady. Thanks Four Seasons for making another great event a one to remember.

We have stayed here several times over the past year and it has always an excellent experience.

The hotel staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy and safe.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The entire property is well maintained.

The wife and I attended a private event at this hotel recently and stayed the night. It was phenomenal! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was top notch. Also, they provided excellent service for our event.

Also! Our room had a patio looking out over the courtyard and pool. It was perfect.

Would HIGHLY recommend this location!

I never checked in to one of their rooms but I went there for a truck driver orientation . We had our lunch to order from the kitchen staff . . . Nice orientation room - nice breakfast

Two night stay with no complaints! Rooms are always clean. The staff is always friendly. Becca and Thomas were two that stood out this trip. Breakfast was delicious.

Customer service was wonderful and our room was great. I NEED some of those pillows for my own home. But then I may never get out of bed.

We just stayed here last night and we got to the hotel around 4:30 there was a very kind front desk lady. as we walked in let me tell you she was so kind that my little 10 month old just loved her, the room was so big we got a king size bed. We checked the room as entering and everything in that room was so clean. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Great job cleaning crew

The rooms were very clean. The staff and guests were cordially acceptable toward each other. The price was accessible for your pocket budget-wise. The only thing I thought was overpriced was the breakfast$15.00 per person. Most hotels provide you with free breakfast. But overall, the stay was "GREAT".❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏

The Four Points Sheraton is all I could ask for in a hotel. Clean, comfortable, and quiet, even amid a Tornado. The staff became exceptionally busy as folks poured in, being re-sheltered from the tornado-damaged areas. And despite the large influx of people, the staff was professional, polite, and pleasant to speak with. The chili dinner from the bar was delicious, a comforting comfort food.
Despite all the activity in the parking area, I felt my vehicle was safe. The parking area was brightly lit, and the position of my parking spot was always visible to the front entryway. The room was airy and clean, with no strange odors or odd smells. The ironing board and iron were clean and accessible. The bathroom had a generous amount of towels, and the water was HOT! Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Note, Four Points is positioned next to the freeway, with easy access wherever you desire to venture. Thank you again, Four Points, for such a peaceful experience during such an unexpected time of need.

We had special booking requests which were handled wonderfully. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Any requests we had were accommodated quickly. Any questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt safe in the area and were close to many restaurants. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are attached to the wall, so there is no juggling of bottles and lids.

Amazing staff. Rooms were clean and very well kept. Great place to have a private party at. Highly recommend this place!!!!!!

We were thwre over the weekend for private event. We were well taken care of…Becca and Thomas were the best! Great all the way around. We will definitely be back.
