Easy to find, small parking lot though. Service was excellent! Hotel is older if you’re looking for brand new white glove, this is not the place for you don’t stay and be mad at that go find a new build, please don’t stay at an older hotel and then be mad about it.
Room is clean bed is firm but very comfortable. Wish pillows were poofier but that’s personal preference. Room was large, plenty of space, had microwave fridge and coffee maker AND a sink outside of the bathroom which I loved! AC worked which was great because it was chillier outside but inside was very warm and I like to sleep cold.
Bathroom was also large, tub has been retro fitted so I def used the grip mat they had since it was slick and it was weird walking on it. Shower head was SHORT I am 5’ 3 1/2” and I had maybe half inch or inch of clearance. (They make shower head plumbing fittings that help and will elongate the pipe and give a foot or foot and a half more head room and if they’re not doing remodels soon I’d highly recommend looking into these)So it wasn’t a problem for me but any taller and you’ll be doing some shower crouching. Brushing teeth noticed that the water had a funky taste but I know that can be regional so it may just be something I’m not used to.
Breakfast was half gone by the time I got down there but still decent, apples, cereal, hard boiled eggs, juice, oatmeal and I think waffles or hot eggs and bagels/biscuits/toast were among what was left.
Overall highly recommend!

Rooms are Neat & Clean, Friendly Employees, I use to work as a front desk clerk at Hotel, I enjoyed it esp my 11-7 shift...anyways issue is parking Lot should be bigger other than that it was Cool & Clean‼

Loved it the only thing I didn't like it was not fully disabled rooms,the showers was not walk in or roll in,when they said yes,when we got there they just had a reg.step over bathtube,which was very hard .but I'd stay again.

I loved staying here for work. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It’s an older hotel, but it was clean and had everything that I needed. The shuttle service was great for nearby locations. Breakfast every morning was wonderful with biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, and grab & go items. The coffee, tea, and fruit infused water in the lobby was a nice touch that I enjoyed. My room was cleaned everyday and my personal items were safe. Right next door to St. Vincent Infirmary.

Latoya was the sweetest front desk clerk I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. She truly cares about her guests and makes sure they have everything they need. She makes sure you have a 10/10 experience, and that is exactly what I had. She has a gift for customer service. She also deals with difficult guests with grace. There is no annoyance or short tempered behavior, which I admire so much.
Janice checked me in and was so wonderful as well. She even upgraded me to a king room when I didn't even ask for one. Everything in the room was clean, and there was Everything I needed including a microwave, and a mini fridge.
Breakfast was also excellent. Patricia, who was running the breakfast and cooking was very attentive to replenishing foods that were running low. My first time in Little Rock was excellent. If I am in the area again, I will be back!

The hospitality is amazing. Ms. Janice and Ms. Latonya were very sweet. Greeted us every time we walked in the door & answered all questions we asked. The rooms did not have carpet which is a plus, however there was a slight cigarette smell in the sheets. The room did pass the “wipe test”, small suggestion will be to ensure the headboards are wiped thoroughly. Great place to stay & very convenient. Not far from the interstate, mall, & downtown.

The clerk, shuttle drivers and cooks helped to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant considering circumstances...a loved one in the hospital.

This is the second time that our family has had to come to Little Rock to take advantage of the outstanding medical team that UMAS provide for the entire State of Arkansas. We stayed here last time. Five years ago. And it was great then also. It was a great experience. I couldn't ask for friendlier staff, and more acommading facility. The security has never been an issue here at all. The location for UMAS is outstanding for out of town people that can get turned around very easily. If your looking for a great place to stay, and to have a good hearty breakfast before starting your trip/day you came to the right place. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely in Love with this Hotel! Miss Latonya made us feel so welcome. The hotel is very clean and spacious and had the best breakfast that I have had at any hotel we have traveled to. We will be staying here more.

So one night I couldn’t sleep and I came to the lobby and ShiNitia saw me and greeted me with a sincere smile. It ended up making my night and started my day great to the complementary break to clean room and towels daily. If so nice knowing after my busy work day I’m coming to what feels like home , a clean peaceful room. This my spot here in Little Rock it’s right by a gym target and highway. What more can you ask form. ITS HOME IN A HOTEL 💙

Staff are amazing! I absolutely love the woman at the front desk. Room was cleaned even though I didn't request it which was deeply appreciated. However, the rooms are outdated. The ceiling in my bathroom was chipping onto the floor and there was what looked to be mold(?) On the bottom of the drain plug.

They make you feel like family. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Unexpectedly pleased 1st tome staying at this particular hotel. Have made many trips in last 4 years due to late husbands illness. But never realized this was where it’s at. The room was clean nice and spacious had a live seat a reclining chair along with microwave, coffee pot, iron and board. There was stocked shampoo shower gel, container, and lotion dispensers in bathroom. They accommodated my request for a room that had handle rails in bathroom due to limited mobility of my legs. Nestled underneath at Vincent’s you would have though it would have been noisy. It however wasn’t. If you strained to hear you might hear a faint siren,but outside sounds were very limited. Staff was pleasant professional, but non intrusive. I know there are some reviews that did not do justice to this company. All I can say is that while there are exceptions for every business this is a place I wouldn’t mind staying at again. I would definitely recommend it for a place for anyone. It’s not fancy and it’s not a vacation hotel spot. Designed more for business trip or a stay place for medical reasons I think. It’s close to not only st. Vincent’s but uams, and Baptist.

Janice at Fromt desk was an amazing help to me and my son as we were here for a surgery at UAMS. She is exceptionally courteous and professional!

Great hospitality. Friendly and courteous employees. The best people I have ever met. I stayed with them over 50 nights. It was one of the hardest times in our life and my sisters and I were welcomed with open arms each time the staff came in contact with us. The manager is a hands on manager she is awesome in her dealings with the guest and her employees. Clean rooms, great service, clean facility, and the grounds are the best for a nice shady place to relax.

All the conveniences of home!! Whatever you think you need they have it ready for you. If you're staying a day or a month! Just think you need it...they have it!!

We would absolutely recommend this hotel we were so satisfied with the location the cleanliness the rooms and the service. We will definitely use this hotel again if we are in need.

This place is steps away from CHI St. Vincent. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and everything we needed and more. They supplied shuttle service and a comfortable homey lobby to relax in at the end of a challenging day. And breakfast was just what we needed to sustain us during the day. Kudos to the entire staff because you all make this a wonderful place to stay.

The workers attitude towards us was awesome. Breakfast was awesome. Room was clean. The laundry room was nice and clean. Lobby was very well decorate. Enjoyed stay. It was a bit noisey at night could here kids crying and people talking loudly at night but the TV drown out some back room noise.

This was my second time staying here. Both times were great. Susan made our reservation this time. She was warm and friendly on the phone and said she would be checking us in and looked forward to meeting me.

The room was clean and the beds are wonderful. I like the hard flooring instead of carpet.

The location was perfect for us as it was only five minutes from UAMS.
