Owning a Lexus has been what I thought was a far fetched dream for over 20 years. Having worked for Lexus (years ago), I know what this company stands for, and the untouchable quality vehicle they produce. I know the heart behind it and the accomplishments attained, because Lexus is no doubt superior. Still, that didn't prepare me for being on the customer end. Jesse Pastor was simply the best we've ever encountered. We put a deposit on the new TX as soon as news broke of her release. We waited 7 months for delivery, and Jesse was there every step; keeping us updated and answering questions. He and Parker Lexus are one of a kind, and Lexus is truly the best there is.

We recently purchased a 2023 Lexus ES350 from Parker. We had a small issue with credit score but Tony and the Finance crew at Parker made it happen. We still got the low 4.99% financing and top notch service. My wife went from her 2007 ES to the luxurious new 2023 she is happy!

I can't say enough about my AMAZING SalesWoman Kicia, I test drove a GS, but mentioned an ES, she immediately found something even better! She even parked them in front of each other so I could see the differences, test drove that one, and a few days later, left with the keys in hand! She went above and beyond! Shout-out to Jesse, he's a cool dude and recommended some great restaurants to me, and showed me new features. The ENTIRE Team is just awesome!

Thanks to Parker Lexus (Johnathan) for a terrific experience! I went in for my 5,000 mile service on my RX 350 and I received great service!! Everyone was friendly and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Clean calm atmosphere. Johnathan was very attentive to my needs and kept me informed during my wait time-which wasn’t long .🙌🏼 I loved receiving (and Jonathan explaining) the paperwork which detailed my car check up and results. This is my 2nd Lexus and PARKER LEXUS is STILL second to none!!!! And…they gave “Lexsie” a free wash!!!🙌🏼

I was treated like royalty by Ruth, my service advisor and Mr. Witt. My car was picked up at my home and driven to Parker Lexus. Within the hour, I received a text from Ruth stating that my car was being reviewed by the professionals in the service department. Next, I received a video of the mechanic under my car investigating my concern. Then, Ruth sent me another text stating that my technician had to attend a meeting, but that he would be test driving the car later, and I would be advised. As promised, I was later advised of what the noise was that I was hearing. Then, Ruth sent a text indicating that they were very busy on this specific day, but that my car would be brought back to my home as soon as possible. I told them that they could keep the car for another day if it fit their schedule better. Ruth would not hear of it! My car was delivered later in the day by Mr. Witt, washed and vacuumed. Even the invoicing was seamless. Only $117 for my car to be picked up, diagnostics, washed and vacuumed, and delivered. Incredible! Five stars plus for Parker Lexus employing an exceptional staff. Thank you for an uplifting experience.

Just had my first service appointment at Parker Lexus. Emiley was my advisor. Very professional service and very attentive. The customer lounge was very impressive.

Having your car randomly making extremely loud noises is not what you want to hear right before the holidays. Thanks to Parker Lexus and their team for making this experience a breath of fresh air. I scheduled an appointment for 8:30am, got there about 30 minutes early and I was immediately assisted and directed to the service line. Patricia came out and and got all of my information & had a shuttle driver ready immediately afterwards to take me home. From the shuttle driver to Patricia to the lady inside, all were absolutely amazing. I had great, quick service. Being a business WOMAN myself, I was very pleased to be treated like a human being. I have had horrible experiences at dealerships in the past and it was a breath of fresh air to have a great experience and honest service. Highly recommend!
