Comfort Inn & Suites North Little Rock JFK Blvd

Not sure why this place has low ratings. It was very clean and very neat. The staff was friendly. We have no complaints. The bed was comfy and easy access. Would stay again.

They have a very nice breakfast. Better than what I've experienced in most hotels. The service is very friendly. We left my husband's travel pillow behind. They called to let us know and even will hold it for his pick up. We won't forget service like that.

I looked at 2 other cheaper hotels in the area, and after asking to see their rooms there was no doubt to book with Comfort Inn sight unseen. Don't waste time and just stick with consistency in quality. They don't always have the best deal in the area, but ask yourself how much a good night's sleep is worth.

Located literally across from a police station, tucked away in a quiet area, I don't expect to have any of the typical 'traveler issues' like a close 'Country' option actually admitted they don't stop ppl from smoking/drugs, and from the smell & atmosphere that was apparent. I wanted to disinfect my shoes after leaving.

Leaving another review, breakfast this morning was really good. There was: bacon, eggs, biscuits, pancake maker, cereal, etc. once again VERY CLEAN and staff working on breakfast was very nice and working hard to keep breakfast coming. Very happy energy in the room at breakfast this hotel has the best staff who make you feel like you’re on vacation. Slept so good last night bed is super comfortable. And the whole hotel smells good and fresh.

I must say this hotel was a great place to say I was greeted with a warm welcome and the room I stayed in was clean and fresh. I am pleased with the services of this great hotel. I appreciate you all. Keep it up. I see 5 star hotel coming soon. You guys deserve it. Be blessed.

It's a perfectly fine hotel. For $80/night, it wasn't bad. Breakfast was okay, the room had a microwave and mini fridge to use. The beds were nice and the room was spacious. Can't say about how often maids come by as I basically slept for the night then left the next morning.

My only issue was making a reservation over the phone. Somewhere along the line, I was transferred to someone in marketing and my information for my stay was gone. Best way to guarantee a room is use the official Baymont website then call after the reservation is confirmed. Calling to reserve doesn't get you someone at the front desk but to a call center.

All in all my stay was nice. (Especially after a drive from Texas) Baymont treated me well and will be staying with them should I need somewhere to stay.

Stayed during the pandemic. It appeared that the front desk hotel staff were mostly owners. The hotel was clean and appeared to be well-kept. The room was well-appointed with the typical cool mini fridge and a small microwave, though they were a little skimpy on the linens. Our room had a funky 2nd sink in it with below-the-counter areas that appeared to need filling with something. Staff were accommodating. Great experience for us.

Clean. Modern with a pool. Exercise room was closed but computer/ business room was open. Breakfast wasn't bad. $100 range which is a little high for this area. Overall happy with stay. We had pets (cats) and felt welcomed and safe. Roof bag on car was safe overnight. Happy we came here.

We have now stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in three different states. We now look for them to stay in because they are wonderful. They have great rates (we are members), the staff is great, the breakfasts are really good where the state let's them cook, and the beds are top notch. We feel let down if we have to stay anywhere else.

Everything was sparkling clean throughout the property (out front, foyer, pool and room. When we entered the room my wife’s first comment was how nice it smelled. Breakfast was complete (pancakes, eggs, sausage, delicious biscuits, beagles, toast, oatmeal, 3 different flavors of yogurt, 3 cereals- Raisin Bran, corn flakes, and fruit loops - both whole milk and 2%, lots of hot coffee - both regular and decaf. Everything fresh and delicious. There were 3 different kinds of individually sealed muffins (chocolate chip, banana and blueberry). Great breakfast. Room had a nice refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blow dryer, good black out curtains, coffee maker and direct tv. Blow dryer in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Excellent stay.

Staff was very accommodating. Had a mix up with my reservation. They worked with me. They also have a neat pancake maker for the breakfast they serve.

Loved this hotel. Room was clean, pool was inviting, breakfast was good, and it was convenient to my office in North Little Rock!

It's was nice...air conditioner needs to be updated...it was not as cold...we were able to shop and grab a bite to eat near by

Nice sized room. King size bed. It's raised pretty high. That might be the norm but it did seem odd to me initially. Free breakfast in the morning, nothing fancy though. It was way to find, I use Google maps though. I've never been to Little Rock. The staff has been nice and helpful. This has been a good first time experience.

This place is really nice, clean and more upscale. it is very secure as they even lock the front doors at a certain time and you can only get in with your room card. A one bed was about 70 after tax which is really good for the quality that it is. I expected it to be an extra 30 to 40 dollars.

I've had to stay at 3 different hotels in little rock recently. A Hilton, this Baymont, and a Marriott. While this was the lease expensive of the three, it is by far the best. Nice, clean, room with large selection on tv. Well kept property and very polite staff. Breakfast is mediocre, however, it's free (unlike the hilton). Overall, by far best value.

This is a great hotel for a great price. King suite with separate living space, kitchenette area with microwave, fridge and sink in the room. The rooms appear to be newly renovated, the bed is very comfortable, and the staff is extremely kind. We stay in NLR from time to time and this is repeatedly our choice.

Amazingly comfortable beds. Leo was awesome at check-in, accommodating our needs. Samantha was awesome at checkout, happy, friendly!! Great work!! Great experience.
