Best Western Plus JFK Inn & Suites

Rooms seemed clean. Bathrooms were excellent. Plenty of toiletries if needed. Breakfast was good. Biscuits & gravy were on point. Still out of a can, but good. Sausage was good. The eggs were the only hard thing to swallow.

We stayed on our way home during the eclipse craze and their prices were not as outrageous as most other places. We got a king suite , bed only had a thin blanket but was a comfortable bed. Spacious room, clean hotel and very large breakfast!

As we entered the property, we were met by a nice presentation, fragrance and a professional who was smiling and extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. Rare. Her name is Alexandria. She was so pleasant, helpful and made a remarkable impression.
She also guided us to the possibility of a great restaurant, Cypress Social.
Indeed, this property is on the right track and an upcoming gem.
Believe me, customer service is definitely a very important part of this experience.
We later met Tonya, also very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. These two should become a more defined part of management. Location is great, lots of interesting activities close and attainable. Hotel is undergoing upgrades, that's great. Secure and cameras everywhere. Very needful and soothing.
Take the time, give them a chance.

Would recommend without hesitation to anyone that I know to stay at the JFK Best Western plus. They have an Amazing staff. From the front desk crew, the cleaning staff, maintenance staff, the the wonderful breakfast staff. They all do a above and beyond job to take care of their guest.

My family has never had a problem with this hotel. We have stayed a few times when we travel and have enjoyed every visit. The breakfast is always good and tasty, the rooms have been clean and ready. I would sincerely recommend when staying in Little Rock.

The room was clean and very nice. The only issue was one of the 2 queen beds squeaked every time anyone moved. So when you got up in the middle of the night the squeak woke everyone up.

A nice variety with the free breakfast. Great coffee! Outstanding service! The kids loved the indoor pool! And we are so grateful that they were dog friendly!!

Clean spacious room excellent guest reception quiet location, (can't say there wasn't a guy on the side of building after hour begging for a smoke) but all was great.

Our stay was awesome. Great customer service. Both concierres were very nice and professional, the rooms were nice and clean most importantly it is pet friendly. Loved it will be our togo hotel when we come and go from Texas.

Currently undergoing renovation, this is becoming an excellent property as work progresses. Exterior and common area renovations are nearly completed, as are many of the room renovations. The only impact is that a roll-off and a shipping container are occupying several parking spaces, but since some rooms are being renovated, total occupancy is reduced and the impact is minor. Inside, they're doing a great job preventing renovations from affecting guest comfort. I booked one of the newly renovated rooms with a jacuzzi. It was fresh, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed I wish I had in my home. Best Western is my go-to brand and the one I recommend to friends and family, and this Plus property did not disappoint.

We slept well in our 2 queen room. What made our stay pleasant was the two ladies that were there in the morning. Tonya, at front desk was so nice, even offered my husband eyeglass cleaner when she noticed him cleaning his glasses. We also want to THANK Loretta for making our Breakfast for us even though it was so early on the morning. She took care of us like we were family. I certainly hope the hotel management is aware of the kindness and graciousness these ladies show the guests. Thank you Tonya and Loretta for making our visit so pleasant.

Very friendly staff. Positive experiences with the front desk, cleaning staff, and breakfast. Would happily stay here again.

The staff are hard working and friendly. The rooms are clean, odorless and have lots of nice storage. The pool is not large and was warmish, but nice to have access to a pool in all weathers. Breakfast invites gluttony, so beware!
Right off Main Street, it's an easy drive to anywhere in Little Rock area from the hotel.

Cute hotel with awesome service. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping were so nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here next time I am in NLR.

We checked in pretty late and the front desk attendant was very nice. We had a truck towing our Jeep and she was nice enough to help us figure out where to park since the parking lot is very small. The woman who set up breakfast was also very nice and friendly. The front desk attendant in the morning was also friendly. The staff is great!

Everything was very clean,room very comfy especially my bed.
Breakfast was good with eggs and protein with good variety.
Staff was welcoming ,helpfull, did a good job. I definitely enjoyed my stay and plan staying next time I work in this area.

This place was beautiful. Rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. Super clean, great value, and the staff was amazing. Probably the best breakfast at a hotel that I've ever experienced. Family friendly. The pool was nice and warm. Definitely recommended.

I want to give the kitchen staff Loretta a HUGE shout out. She was so positive, friendly and went above and beyond to meet any of my families wants. We went to breakfast at 9:30 Breakfast was done at 10 and Loetta did not rush us.. offered to make anything we needed and never quit smiling. She is a ray of sunshine and I hope her manager knows what a gem she is. Thankful we were able to start our morning with her.

We had to stay here while in Little Rock for our daughter's surgery at Arkansas Children's. She was attacked by a dog while at home in NW Arkansas. It was nice staying in a nice hotel so we could get rested up before our drive back home the next day. The breakfast was amazing, and his what we needed before we hit the road. We have to travel there again soon for our daughter's follow-up, and will be looking to stay there again.
