Express Rx compounds a special medication for me. They alert me by text when it is ready, which is always sooner than the estimated time given by the IVR. The pharmacist remembers me and is always very nice and professional. I really like this pharmacy. They are way out of my way and not in my neighborhood and I only get one prescription from them,but they are worth the trip. I like them and don’t mind traveling to visit them.

I was attacked by a Pitt bull on a cycling ride! I needed multiple rabies shots over a 28 day period and they aren’t easy to find. It’s always great to have a relationship with your pharmacist but in situations like this it is priceless! Kent (pharmacist and owner) worked very hard to secure these shots for me using his work ethic and network of other pharmacist. Kent made a very stressful situation so much better by communicating well, and being positive about helping me. He was even on vacation during the time I needed 1 of the 4 shots administered and he made sure his staff was prepared and answered questions while on vacation. Kent has a customer for life. You should be one too. Thanks Kent for making a terrible situation a little bitter better.

Love this place! Drive from Cabot to get a prescription because... (compound pharmacy) and I don't mind one bit. Kent and Dee-Dee and all the staff go above and beyond any other pharmacy I have been to. And they always know my name! They are the best around!!!

This locally owned pharmacy offers old fashioned personal service. The staff knows everyone's name - you're more than a number at Express Rx. The facility has a drive thru and free delivery service. I receive a text when my prescription is ready and a reminder call if I haven't been able to pick up my medication within three days.

Love walking into a pharmacy where every staff member knows me by name. I love how Express Rx on Cantrell not only offers compounding services, but gives back to the community as well by donating to local nonprofits. This is a truly excellent, locally owned pharmacy.

I have had my epipens refilled at Express RX twice and have only received the best service. Without asking, the staff looked up discount cards and coupons for me on epipens which are quite expensive. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and extra effort to take care of me and my wallet. Thanks Express RX!

Great staff, always helpful with explaining my prescriptions and how to take them. It gives you that small town neighborhood pharmacy feeling but with all the knowledge of big city pharmacies.
