I came in today to get myself a new phone, and the whole process of it all was great! I need to give a huge shout out to Ariel with helping me with everything and a huge thank you to her for being so great, kind, and patient! Not only did she help me with so much and explain so much to me, but she made everything so stress free and was just a fun person to talk to. She is so well knowledge and is so good at her job. She really made my day today and I totally recommend having her help you or just recommend talking to her. She is so lovely. Thank you so much Ariel!

Trey sold us an I-phone on 2/14 and gave us excellent service. Ashton helped with setup. We came back the next day because we could not get Apple Watch to install updates after connecting to the new phone. Initially, we set up an appointment with the Genius Bar for one hour out. Trey asked some questions, we retried the update process, and it completed in about 15 minutes! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this store. Trey is top notch!

Love John who fixed my brand new Apple Watch for my developer beta version was messing up the battery 🔋 life…now I have 2 days before charging, before it was a couple of hours. Thank you so much! I love the minimalist design of everything there. No detail is missed. Even the drawers behind the counter are speak minimal and hidden. Excellent attention to details. Love 🍏.

The Apple Store is always busy…., but with all going on around me I felt like my needs were tended to and I didn’t feel rushed. Chris patiently helped me with my MacBook Pro. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. So happy the staff at the Little Rock location are getting it right!!!

Went because my phones battery pack was expanding and pushing my screen off the phone, phone only charged wirelessly, and had begun to start dying at as much as 70%.
Was immediately welcomed by staff, and soon met with a very nice Genius Technician named Bryan. He was immensely helpful and and got me the best deal I could have possibly imagined and in a very quick and clear manner. Could not be more pleased, and thank Bryan for all his assistance, improved my day enough to deserve a review.

We were having trouble getting an air tag to show up on the phone. The Genius bar had it up and running in just a few minutes. The service was done in a very friendly manner and the attendant was very helpful.

It was busy, kind of awkward as well. You’re just sitting there (people from all over just staring at you) until someone comes to your aid, which isn’t very long by the way. I only wish I had a choice in picking the color iPhone I truly wanted since they took my iPhone and gave me a new one. Overall experience was superb though. 👌

I had a great experience at this store yesterday. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to see me later that day. The best part was the man who helped me didn’t speak to me like I was stupid. He went well beyond answering my questions. He talked me through my options and lead me to the best choice for me. I would recommend this store to anyone.

What’s not to love about the Apple Store at the Promenade in West Little Rock. As always very clean store with free how to lessons going on. Very friendly staff truly experts answering every question you have or in our case repairing a new iPhone 13.

Great experience. We recommend scheduling by appointment. They are very busy! Our appointment was on time and the representative was so kind and well informed.

Excellent, friendly service. They were really incredibly busy and slammed, but it still didn’t take too horribly long to get in and out with my order pickup. Always a good atmosphere, regardless of how you may feel about the company one way or another.

A great place to go if you need headsets and technical support. Five Stars.

We received top notch service and assistance during our visit at the Apple Store in Little Rock Arkansas. The please was clean and very well organized. I just wish they would maybe add some lounge chairs, but maybe they know best. People would probably stay too long with lounge chairs instead of stools. All in all it runs like a fine tuned machine.

A lot of 1 star review is because they don’t have an appointment. Be sure to make an appointment if you any repair on your phone or Mac.

I made a quick appointment on my phone to replace the battery. They did it around 1 hour, everyone is so helpful and professional. I love it!!
