Convenient location. Easy parking. Clean. Uncluttered aisles. Good selection. Very polite and helpful staff. I definitely recommend this place. They had the nut that first 3 hardware stores I went to did not have.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, unfortunately the item that I purchased was not the right material for the project that I needed so I returned it. I will definitely be back for any of my hardware needs the next time I'm in the area!

Friendly staff work here! Always greet you coming in and are there to help you with what ever you need help with. Store is always well organized and stocked well.

Great place to get just about anything hardware related. Also a stihl dealer.

These people are always friendly! You can grab a bag of popcorn out of the machine or a hot cup of coffee as you arrive. They have a great selection. I signed up for their rewards club and receive special deals and gifts. The price here is not bad at all especially if it is a sale item.

The staff is always eager to help and recommends the most cost efficient items too. They've been helpful to carry out larger items to my truck after my purchases. Cashiers always make sure you have a coupon or rewards number . The popcorn is always fresh.

I bought a saw there months ago and had lost my receipt. I called at 6pm and the lady said she might not have time before close but she would look it up asap. Bright and early the next morning she called and sent it to me via text. She also followed up to make sure I got it. You can’t beat that kind of customer service!

I absolutely love this store. Twice Ive been in and have always been asked if I needed help immediately. Literally come here because how they treat their customers. Dillion helped me with pool sand today. Great worker and a great selection of workers!

We come here often and have NEVER been disappointed.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. We came in on 11/20/2021. Miki saw our son slip behind the turkey cutout and took his picture for me, as I did not have mine with me. She sent the pictures to my phone. She went out of her way to make our visit AWESOME. That is why we shop here. Great staff, reasonable prices.

The most friendly place in all of Sherwood. I pick up anything I need from here. Walmart may have it, but I prefer going to F.L. Davis Ace Sherwood because you actually get help from the workers. If you need gifts for Christmas checkout their wood engraving section.

I love our Sherwood Arkansas store. They are always very helpful and supportive. I still give a five star rating but I would like to mention my experience today. I went to pick something up today that I needed and when I told the employee I didn’t require any assistance, he followed me and continued to make suggestions though I knew exactly what I was doing and he clearly did not. Being supportive and available is always a good thing but this particular behavior was overbearing and would cause me to not want to return. Remember... no means no 😉.

Favorite hardware store in/around Sherwood. Everyone is super friendly and ready to help however they can. They are all very knowledgeable about any question I've had thus far-from painting to seasonings for my husband's smoker!

Great customer service! Stellar team of individuals that actually care about you and your projects. Always willing to help especially Kevin and Courtney are always so helpful and nice to me. It feels more like a family than a hardware store. I really appreciate them and all they do.

Well located ! Neatly organized and clean! I have never been to a place of business with the most friendly helpful and courteous employees I have ever seen. All their supplies or your needs are easily located. I would give it 10 Stars if I was able to! I will for sure be returning to the store for more supplies
