These guys are amazing. They were always professional and friendly to work with. David went above and beyond to help with any issue and the whole team was always quick to take care of things. I absolutely LOVED the house and it was the perfect home when I needed it. The maintenance teams were always fast to respond and did a wonderful job. I would work with this company again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys for making my life so much easier when I needed it the most.

The staff is very friendly and amazing. I've not yet rented from them and not lived in a good neighborhood either. Lastly they aren't strangers to life happenings and are willing to work with you in personal situations. It's a beautiful thing to know that the people behind the desk actually care.

I love this company. I have been renting from them for nearly 4+years and going on 2 more. First, any issue I have ever had was resolved in a timely manner and I was heard by my contact person David. He has always went above and beyond for my family and I. Especially recently since we were apart of the recent tornado here in Arkansas. When our previous landlord did not offer any empathy or even took time to check on us. The Hoffman team showed up in person to our homes to check on us and also offered immediate placement in a new home. I love the Hoffman Team, they are real people who CARE and they are FAIR. Other companies try to get over with application fees & only care about the money. I worked with David, Danielle, Paige & Kristin & they are a team that will go above & beyond to help their customers find nice, affordable homes. Unquestionably, Hoffman Team Real Estate is one of the greatest Companies Little Rock, Arkansas could ever have. I first became a resident in (Nov, 2022) at one of their local properties. Indeed, from the beginning the Hoffman Team exhibited professionalism, understanding and compassion. I was met with hospitable treatment, given clear and precise details concerning contractual agreements, as well as shown respect as a new tenant.

Subsequently, the property that was managed by the Hoffman Team was sold to another company. One could only imagine ones sadness. However the Hoffman Team extended a gracious invitation of return if anything should negatively occur.
Sadly, a negative situation did occur. I was one of those who lost their home because of (March 31, 2023) Little Rock, Arkansas Tornado.

With no hesitation, Mr. Dabous and his Staff, immediately welcomed me back with kindness and complete understanding. For this I shall forever be thankful and grateful.
Indeed, if any one is looking for any type of rental property, I 1,000% recommend the Hoffman Team Real Estate for all of your rental needs.

I'm a half owner of a small apartment complex. We switched managers in 2020 from another management company that was just letting the place slowly fall apart. Jamie, David, and team have been very active in updating and making improvements outside in an incremental manner, raising the value of our investment. They are great communicators. So glad we found them!!

Jamie was my landlord through my formative renting years and was an amazing landlord, anything I needed he took care of and was always willing to work with me.
