I only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option. This is Percy Webb the dba Rest in Peace Memorial Gardens in Hensley, AR. I called Percy about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks ago to ask for the location of my grandparent's graves. He advised me to text the names and dates of death, and I did. I also included two other family members who were buried in the plots next to my grandparents just to make it easier. Percy told me that it would take 3-4 business days.

After 1 week, I called and texted Percy, but no answer or response. I then sent him a text reminding him of his promise of 3-4 days and letting him know that I would seek other avenues if I didn't hear from him by a certain date. He tested me the morning of my deadline and wanted to know who I was requesting the information. I asked him to identify himself as well, since he never did that at our initial phone meeting. He introduced himself and I in return did the same. We went vack and forth for about an hour with him giving me another estimated date of 7-10 business days. He also said that i shouldn't have threatened to seek other avenues for help.

Mr. Webb then sent some bible scriptures to justify his rude behavior. I responded to his ignorance and rude behavior, then he basically ended with he's not going fulfill my request and he doesn't care about reviews.

This man is absolutely rude and should not be managing a cemetery, not even a candy stand for that matter.

You do not take care of your responsibility. How dare you let the cemetery get that bad! Haven of Rest deserves better
