Monique was delightful from start to finish, always pleasant with a smile on her face, very proactive and optimistic. She was not pushy like a typical car sales person, I felt very comfortable and confident in my vehicle I purchased from the moment I walked in until I walked out!

Dorothy was such a pleasure to do business with as well, very knowledgeable and kind! Great personality!

Last but not least the sales manager Josh went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I wanted and kept me in a fair price point!

Our visit started with Cortez, very welcoming laid back enjoyed our conversation he was ver informative.
The day we came to actually pick up the vehicle we got to speak with the General Manager, Danny for nice guy he will do you all a good service, he too was friendly & full of important information.
Then we met back up with Cortez, & Ms. Dorothy finished it off with her information she shared, she too was very friendly!

Josh, Jarrell, and other Staff Members at Car Mart North Little Rock location made me feel like Family. I loved the friendly customer service they gave me and I didn't feel pressured or stressed about the car I picked. They explained everything in detail where I understood my contract I loved that they worked with me on my budget on down payment and my car notes. I don't know what took me so long to find out about them but I would recommend for my friends and family and co workers to them. I really felt like I was family and I appreciate the Love they all showed me.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I read tons of reviews online about how Car-mart is awful and all their staff is rude so my expectations were quite low but they had a car that I wanted and they were willing to finance me so I figured if anything, I could at least test drive the car and go buy it somewhere else.

I’m not sure where these people got their information from but the staff here was great. Everyone was friendly, helpful, honest, and kind. I never felt pressured to buy. I test drove the vehicle that I wanted and loved it.

The car ran good, was very clean inside and out.

They got my payment to where I wanted it, the car came with a 32k, 3 year warranty and service contract that allows me to take it to a shop I already use. My salesman and the sales manager were great. Absolutely no complaints.

I’ll update this review if something changes about my experience or the car.

I had the opportunity to work with sales rep Jerrell. He was a great help in getting me and my daughter both in a vehicle. It was a great pleasure to work with him. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend them.

So I went back to this place again today. And everyone was helpful. Big shout out to the management team for helping me get out of my truck. And to Monique for her unique sales skills which brought me to the vehicle I got today. Still good people.
