I’m not a many of many words but I want to say that PI Roofing has done nothing but a fantastic job for me. They took off my old roof and replaced it so fast. The crew was so professional and so kind. I enjoyed meeting and shaking hands with Gerardo, Fernando, Anthony, Ulises, Jorge, and Carlos! This company does what it says and says what it does. Top Shelf!!
Special thanks to Melissa for getting me into contact with PI Roofing, another thanks to Yaniv for working the Crew into my schedule on such short notice, and finally a huge thanks to Brandon for walking me through the whole process, answering all my questions with replies so quick I felt they were almost automated. (they weren’t…he’s that fast.) Brandon bid the job and once check was in his hand, he still came to oversee the job. Very respectful to my wife and kids. This company has hardworking humble people. I have never known anyone I mentioned beforehand in my life, until I met them looking to hire them last week. PI Roofing did a great job! I recommend them heartily - they were fast, competent, and careful!

My wife, a Master Gardner, has loads of plants, shrubs, and decorative items around the house. PI Roofing was careful to move decorative items away from the house. They placed a drop cloth around the house to catch debris, used magnets and visual inspection to pick up nails, and took nearly an hour to replace yard items in their original positions with photos the crew took with their cameras. Their care and attention to detail was impressive! I'll use PI Roofing again!

Chris Tritt with PI worked with me on prices, explained the process, and helped me pick out my shingles! They were out at my house the week I followed up with their estimate.

Justin, Jacob,and Grant were amazing. They were quick and very friendly. As a widow, I have to be careful who I allow on my property. PI is great company that provides a perfect service. Especially when you send such wonderful technicians to do the job. They checked for problems on my roof and blew all the leaves away and cleaned up!!

We had a wonderful experience with P.I. Roofing staff and crews that worked on our home. They were easy to communicate with, finished their work in a timely manner, and always cleaned up after they finished for the day.

When we had questions we were able to get ahold of our main contact person who knew who we were and knew the specifics about our job, so he was able to give us any info we were needing.

It was a great experience and we will use them again when needed and would 100% recommend them to others.

I had schedule an appointment for 8 :00 Saturday morning and Joey and Chris arrived before time they were very polite and very professional kept me informed the whole time .they were very knowledgeable about the services they were providing and answered all the questions I had good job 👏

Updating to add that I have since had the new roof installed and I love it. Ashley was wonderful to work with too. After the install, there was one tiny nail that caused a tiny leak and Joey and Khris came out and fixed it. They stand behind their work and make sure that things are done right. Ideally no leak would be great, but these things happen and they made it right. Thank you.

PI Roofing installed a new roof 4 years ago. It's held up great. Sadly, the recent tornado did some damage. I am in the process of negotiating with my insurance about coverage/cost for repair or replacement. I have to send a shingle sample to my insurance. Joey and Anthony came out to snake a shingle off for me so that I can send that on to my insurance. They were so nice. They assured me (without me even having to ask) that they protected the area where they removed the shingle. Whenever I get squared away with my insurance, you can bet I will have PI Roofing come do the work. They've been great to work with.

Can’t say enough good words but will try.

PI Roofing’s Justin Baldwin has his crew trained to run like clockwork. They worked well with the solar panel contractor that had to remove and replace a large solar panel installation.

Every man was always busy performing their particular work skill perfectly. And when it came time to load up the trailer with a few thousand pounds of old shingles, all five men pitched in and got it clean around the whole house in no time. Amazing. Then they used a magnetic roller rake to pick up all the hundreds of old roofing nails from all sides.

They are trained, trained, and trained. And work together beautifully.

Joey and Garrett from PI roofing, did some repairs to my roof. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism. Excellent work in a timely manner.

I was super worried because I had some shingles that had gotten blown off and a storm was coming. They had a quote to me in a couple of hours and had guys on site within 90 minutes of my approval of the quote. Angel and Joey were very polite and quick. They explained everything and showed me before and after pictures of all their work. Thanks guys!

I cannot say enough good things about P.I. Roofing! They were the company that we hired to re-roof our old home in 2017, and they were extremely easy to work with then.

The recent hailstorm in Maumelle was of concern, so I called them and asked them to come take a look at our roof to see if we had sustained any damage. John P. came and did the inspection, and he was even there earlier than expected (and was kind enough to text us and let us know he was going to be early!)

John was polite, professional, and was extremely ethical - while we had a few dings, there was not enough damage to warrant filing a claim with insurance or do any repair work. I know too many other companies that would have found an excuse to do work, whether or not it was needed.

For that reason alone, P.I. Roofing will ALWAYS be my first call when it comes to roofing concerns. There is a reason why they have been around as long as they have - prompt, courteous, professional, and ethical service. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for advice and/or service!

I've struggled with a leak for a while. John came out and pinpointed the source and presented me with options. Joey did a great job with the repair and took time to review what he was doing with me and even followed up after a recent storm. Thank you!

PI roofing came out and did a job on my house for my facia boards/ gutters that were falling off. They were very honest about the work not costing as much as originally quoted and are adjusting the price for me. Would definitely recommend. Good people.
