I ordered a pair of boots online and the personalized note I received in my package was a nice surprise! Unfortunately before I got the chance to wear the boots the zipper broke, so I contacted the company via phone, and they had the manager email me right away. I sent them a picture of the faulty zipper and they sent me new boots right away, with no charge to me! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I again received a personalized note with my new boots, hoping the new ones worked better for me! I would absolutely buy from them again, and highly recommend them to anyone!
