Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I had a couple of problems with my account, and Stacey understood and fixed one of them and Peter the other in short order. They not only demonstrated their professionalism in the process but kindness and patience in doing so. They are a true credit to their profession, and genuine assets to Bank of America.

The customer service here is awesome! I will return for all of my banking needs.

The manager is grate.

The Branch Manager is the most unprofessional, uncaring & rude manager I have ever worked with. She should be replaced ASAP. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 10+ years and I have NEVER hung up on a customer. Not only did she refuse to listen but she ended the call before I finished all of the details. She was repeating "ask your employer, ask your employer". Well, do you think I didn't that first?

Originally, my info did not save to quickbooks and the account information was missing the last digit. My boss called Quickbooks to fix my account information and rewire my paycheck. Typically, Quickbooks will email my boss the minute a deposit is unsuccessful but this did not so I'm afraid my paycheck is lost in the 'cloud'.

She said I should see the deposit within 2-3 business days and suggested calling BofA to track the deposit. Well, Bank of America 'claims' they cannot look up a Trace # and have no way of viewing my pending transactions. They told me to call customer service to see if they can solve my problem because they have access to more information...

What went wrong?
1. The Branch Manager hung up on me during my 11:52 AM CT call before she let me explain. Even if she was frustrated - she didn't need to hang up. She could have CALMLY stated that she will have another representative from her team call. Instead, she let her frustration get to the best of her!
2.I attempted to call back 10x between 12-1 PM and no one answered until 3:02 PM.
3. Once I called back (after I attempted 10 calls between 12-3 PM) they told me there is NOTHING you can do unless I call customer service? Why would they have more access to my account than my PERSONAL branch who I have been a customer of for the last 15 years?

Do better Bank of America. I will be moving banks the MOMENT I fix my paycheck issue.

Absolute worst BOA in town. The manager and assistant manager could not be less helpful if they tried. Very slow so don’t go on your lunch break! Better yet don’t go at all!
