Shepherd’s Needle

I found Shepherd’s Needle while searching online for a specific Mill Hill bead I was having trouble finding for a Mirabilia cross stitch project. They had it and at the lowest price I found! I was particularly impressed when my small order arrived at how much care and attention had been put into wrapping and packaging it. I could just feel great customer service oozing out! I would love to stop into the shop one day but in the meantime thank you! You have gained a customer for life and are my new go-to for all my cross stitch supplies!

Stopped by one day as we were passing through after my daughter's gymnastics competition. The ladies there were super friend and helpful even trying their best to help her find a gymnastics piece. It was so sweet of them.

I’ve been shopping at The Shepherds Needle for several years now and this is my favorite needlework shop ever! The service is beyond outstanding - they go to great lengths to find everything I need and will order things if they don’t have them. Fabric is cut to order if I want, but they also have a great variety of precuts. All of my favorite threads are beautifully displayed and there are literally hundreds of patterns. But the best thing of all is the way I’m treated and valued - they always let me know they’re glad I’m there.

The ultimate local store for everything cross stitch. So, so many patterns, kits, needleminders,, fabric, floss. Anything you can dream of, they have it! The staff is wonderful! Pricing very reasonable when compared against big stores and online shops.

Ann and Sherry define customer service! The shop is just wondefrul, small enough to feel intimate and like you're getting wonderful attention from the staff, and large enough to have a fabulous selection of linens (they cut to size, and serge!!!), fibers, patterns and accoutrements. And, OH! The models!!! It's a must visit place for me every time I'm in Little Rock, and a great stop (or destination!) on any trip!!!

One of the nicest shops I have been to. They have an extensive amount of threads, charts, fabrics! Ladies were so nice and helpful as well. Wish I lived here ..I would visit often!

Recently found this shop and to my surprise, was everything and more I was hoping for. Only negative for me is there is so much merchandise I had issue with settling on two. However one of the staff helped with that and I walked out with a beautiful Christmas project. Will certainly return!
