When you go here ask for katie. I hate looking at jewelry but she was easy going and helpful. I told her what my wife liked, we pick the earrings, and my wife actually liked them. I plan on coming here every valentines day from birthday from now on.

Vera at the Zales in Park Plaza in Little Rock is absolutely amazing to work with and so sweet! She is so attentive and has made the process of purchasing wedding rings a breeze for my fiance and I!

Went to Zales to have my rings and bracelet cleaned and inspected for regular maintenance checkup. The employees are super nice, friendly and helpful there. I do like going there if I have any jewelry needs. The only downside is I wish they had a Zales in Conway, and I didn't have to drive all the way to Little Rock.

We had a wonderful shopping experience with Alisha! She is so knowledgeable and helpful - never pushy. Love her!

My experience at Zales was pleasurable. The sales lady was friendly and professional. She took extra measures ensuring me that I would get MY jewelry back. I was pretty confident to leave my wedding rings there to get sized. I will updated after I received my rings after being sized.

My visit at Zales was Excellent the young man name was Cameron. That waited on me. I brought my husband & my wedding rings back to have them clean.
