Chip is the agent's name that helped me settle my issue. He assured me that he could get it done. That means so much in this day and time. Medi Care is all older folks can hope they qualify for helping through medical or dental cost. My part D was dropped and I had called to make sure everything was ok BEFORE I went to have dental work done. The agent I spoke with at the not to be named provider, bald face lied to me.
But Jesus sent me to Chip Amen 💯🎯🙏

Not to impressed with my insurance experience. My insurance rate changes to often than it should. I was told because of gas prices and cost of everything else going higher so is insurance 😕🙄😪

Had a change to a new agent because mine retired. Sarah Peterson said she could handle all the paperwork and set me up with a new policy.
She failed to file my paperwork and I got a letter in the mail stating my insurance was cancelled because my agent didn't file the paperwork on time.
Be careful if you decide to go with her as your agent. She never apologized or admitted she did anything wrong.. although Encompass Insurance stated she was at fault. Hopefully you look twice before choosing her as an agent.

Well, I found out that I've got coverage, but only if my house burns down or blows away. My furnace went out so I call them just to find out that nothing is covered in the house, no matter what tares up or quits I'm still not covered. So therefore the insurance you get is just for if the burns down or blows away, other than that ,you're not covered.
