Dillard's

I was honestly shocked to see Breyer being sold, so nice having different options to purchase. Checked out the Levi's in ladies/Jr's section. Disappointed they don't carry plus size, maybe they did elsewhere. Sales associate was really nice.

Every time I go into Dillard's it never fails, I always see an outfit I have to have! Well this review is for a particular employee, Krystal Reed! She works in the Women's section of Vince Camuto and me and my girlfriend were shopping for her a dress to wear to my grandmother's funeral. Not only was she extremely helpful but also very empathetic to our situation! Her customer service was above and beyond anything I've ever experienced from a Dillard's employee! I really hope someone in upper management sees this because they need to know the asset they have in Ms. Krystal! Thank you again for everything you did for us I truly appreciate you! Dilliard’s continues to specialize in style. Style may not be cheap, but if you are willing to spend a little more to be dressed impeccably, then this is the place to go. While on a work assignment, O dropped in to look around and there was so much to choose from to add to my wardrobe. The staff was busy ensuring g that the store was inspection ready but at the same time, they were willing to greet every guest. My money goes where I am treated well and the next time I am in Little Rock, I will be back.

The Dillard's here in LR is pretty nice. They keep different stuff moving in and out, always have something on sale for you and have several very long time employees which helps in my opinion. The guys in the Polo section are especially helpful. They have been there since at least the late 90s and genuinely appreciate Polo and everything about it. The Bear is back!! Several Polo Bear items from hats to wool sweaters.

Had to shop the sales for some last minute gifts for the kiddos. The saleswoman was so kind. The current patron was purchasing 30 gift cards or something. She flawlessly and calmly took our clothes we had been holding and hung them on the rack near her and let us know she would be with us soon. Of course, we love the quality of clothing here.

Went for Men's cologne specifically a scent shown on your website as in store. Didn't know the Men's side was a mile from the Women's side. Also cologne section for men not great. Being from Los Angeles u have many choices of stores. Bought some Sauvage by ChristanDior and Explorer by Mont Blanc. We'll see what my brother thinks.

I was in the ladies section for a gown for my hospitalized wife. I was lost as a goose. No one around to help me. A lady had walked downstairs. Apparently, she recognized my dilemma. She came to me for assistance. I have never, ever had such great service in your store or any other.
My $20 gown ending up costing me $160+ as i bought while the help was available. As it turned out, Kathie Roberts is a secretary. Please commend her.

A wonderful associate from makeup helped me! It was her first week. She made me feel like a million bucks!

Okay, I have always liked and enjoyed Dillard's. Not just because of the quality of merch they offer, but also because of it being an Arkansas-based and owned company. That makes me proud.

So, let's get to it...

The wife and I have a wedding to attend later this summer. In South Carolina. At 4:30 in the afternoon. In South Carolina. In the summer. Why!?!? Well, if it weren't one of the kids getting married, we'd probably have The Rona or something. But, I digress.

We decided to go there and look for a good bowtie for me to wear...you know, something that would match her beautiful dress. It's not like I'm going to come anywhere close to how amazing my wife is going to look, but I can at least try to not bring her down too much.

So, after looking quite a bit, I decided that I'd sport a tie that matches her dress the best I can. We then decided to walk around the men's side and look at a few things. Over the past 14-15 months, I've lost 75 pounds. And it's going to stay off, as my wife has shown me how to retrain my body to not want the bad stuff, and my thinking to be only about the good stuff. She's awesome like that.

Well, we were looking at a couple of shirts by my favorite men's clothier, Roundtree & Yorke. I really like the way their clothes fit me. The wife had picked out this shirt with an L on it. I told her to look again because it was missing an X in front of it (I was an XXL for years.) I knew I wasn't in a 2X anymore, but pretty much know I ain't no L.

I was going to try on these couple of XL shirts, when an employee pointed at these racks that read: "L - all $9.99". I thanked her and dismissed it. But not my wife. Nope...not her. She picked out, and I am not exaggerating, seven shirts that she liked. The only problem, other than being the WRONG SIZE, was they were all long sleeved. But, my wife had gone to the trouble of picking these out, so I was fine with trying one on. And then saying NO to all of them because I knew they wouldn't fit.

Okay, long story short (you're probably sitting there and saying, "Too late!"), I came out of the dressing room, looked at her, and asked her opinion. She told me it looked "really good" and asked me how it fit. I had to admit right then and there that she was absolutely correct of my size. I'm still kind of not sure this is for real.

We left Dillard's with close to $700 in shirts at an amazing price of a little over $110. They fit. I've gone down two full sizes (and she was working on me trying on a M sized shirt, but I just looked at her all funny like). They're brand new and still in style (which I'm almost always right at a decade behind). And, as always, thanks to my beautiful princess, I look great.

Thank you, baby! I love you so much! Oh, and you were right. ;)

I don't shop at Dillard's very often but this was the best experience I have ever had. It was my first time at this particular Dillard's in Park Plaza mall in Little Rock. The staff was excellent and approached me quickly to see if I needed anything. The lady that helped me with dress shoes (i missed her name) was awesome. Also Maria helped me in ladies clothing and was awesome as well. They were busy but took time for me, were kind and helpful. I can say that I haven't always gotten such nice service at other Dillard's.

Me and My family is visiting little Rock and we enjoyed the mall it's a must go

Now I'm there and I would like to see all of my friends and new age google map quest guess.

Comfortable atmosphere, alot to choose from, and staff seems polite. Prices are a little steep for my liking but selection is good.

We have shopped here several times for dresses over the years. Friendly helpful staff.

The selection of cologne is on both sides of the mall. Follow your noses across the entire mall.

A sales associate helped my wife for 45 mins. Walked around the store with us, handled everything she needed.

The staff is always knowledgeable and ready to assist with any needs or questions! I went there yesterday and the customer service was excellent like always
