Candlewood Suites North Little Rock, an IHG Hotel

We checked in for a night as we were just passing through. It is the nicest Candlewood Suites I've been to. The room was clean. We didn't hear any hallway noise but did hear a little bit of noise from the trucks at the warehouse behind the hotel. The lady at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. It was slightly off our path but totally worth it.

Here for work, as usual; so far this has been the best this year. Clean, comfortable, quiet! The Lil convenience store is great- cold drinks are $2, that's cheaper than the store! The rooms are well stocked. My favorite part is the back porch with two nice grills, tables & chairs, a television ! it's a nice area to hang out!

The place is amazing they have cornhole in the back with a patio area and two grills. Laundry on site and kitchenettes in the room what else do u need. Oh and a pool even though it's indoors it's still nice.

I travel sometimes as many as 6 days out of a week in four different states. This by far is my favorite hotel out of all the ones that I stay in. The manager Tammy always greets me when she sees me of course always asks if I brought my fur baby with me. The staff is always been friendly the hotel has always been clean and the rooms are beautiful. I'm out on a two-week stay so of course I needed to do laundry only to find out that their laundry was free as opposed to most hotels where you have to pay for it.

Really nice hotel rooms, convenient to places everywhere for food and entertainment, but it's the front desk clerk named Erica who is the bright shining star. Such a wonderful lady, and was very kind to our grandson, gave him a piece of candy. Absolutely stellar

It was a little loud there but that's not the hotels fault. It was the guest and some road noise. Clean rooms. Great service.

Ice and it is less than a mile
From work. Ladies at front desk were great in assisting me. I only paid for 1 night during stay. Very kind. The man there on Saturday called and woke me up after the cleaning ladies and he had attitude but he doesn’t represent the entire stay.

This was close in walking distance to all the major stores. The hotel and cleaning ladies where professional and very helpful and Friendly. The room we had was nice and clean.

The staff was absolutely friendly. Our trip was a business last minute kinda deal, so we needed 3 nights but was booked up 2 of the three. When we had checked out the guy at front desk had actually called and made us reservations at another nice hotel up the street. And at our discounted price was impressed that he went ahead and made our out of town trip easier. And the room was awesome!!! Very clean, smelled clean had a mini kitchen with nice sized fridge. Beds was very comfortable. All in all was a excellent stay and excited to stay again with them next wk. Would definitely recommend Candlewood!!

We arrived at a late hour after many hours on the road and without a reservation. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient in getting us a room quickly and at a great rate. The room was clean and the bed was one of the best I've slept on. Checkout the next morning was much of the same. Super friendly and efficient staff. We highly recommend this location.

The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, a gas station, and a Walmart. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortably arranged. The amenities are great for a long stay. Free laundry and a decent gym. The staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints!

We love Candlewood always nice friendly staff. The rooms are large, I've lived in apartments smaller. It's not a Fancy hotel but it's now our go to hotel in every trip

We were very pleased with our stay at Candlewood suites. Our sister is special needs and we found this handicap accessible room was more convenient than others where we have stayed. The room was exceptionally clean along with the kitchen area.
We will stay here again. Thanks to all the staff they were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed the weekend around the first of December, and were pleased with our stay. Clean spacious rooms, adequate pool and hot tub, and well equipped fitness room. I wish they served a hot breakfast though, that is generally expected from hotels with that price range. The only negative was the lack of ice. There was not an ice machine in the hallway. Every room has an ice maker that they tell you to turn on when you arrive, but ice production is slow and inadequate...and when the ice falls into the empty tray it is very loud and disturbing when trying to sleep. We ended up turning it off and doing without. Otherwise the kitchenette was nice, there was even a built-in hotplate.

Very large room. Has pretty much everything you need. Body wash, shampoo, and conduit provided and installed in the shower. Large quantities too. Very nice scent. Large pillows. Laundry basket provided for the free laundry downstairs. Desk is prefect for a big workspace, if needed. Close to grocery, shopping, spirits, restaurants, and bars. Would use again and again.

Great Hotel! Awesome services provided. This hotel is above and beyond. We arrived thursday morning and our room wasn't ready, check-in wasn't officially until 3. They had a room ready for us within 30 minutes and the ROOM WAS SPECTACULAR. My family and I felt right at home. Appliances included with the stay, Pool and Jaccuzi, 24 hour Laundry. The hotel is as well conveniently close to many stores. The prices at the hotel were actually pretty low and overall our stay was great. We will definitely be back in the future.

Candlewood is home. At least that's the way they made us feel during our visit. Their facilities were beautiful and the amenities were amazing. The indoor pool stayed warm and cozy, the outdoor grilling area big enough to party with 2 fully functional gas grills, 2 sinks, a DJ Station and seating for at least 24 people. Its free to do your laundry and lets not forget that Candlewood is pet friendly🐦. I stayed in the Livingroom Presidential Suite😱. OMG I just really loved being apart of the environment. The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. They took the time to show me everything and answered every question I had before I reserved. All with very pleasant attitudes😎. Overall, Candlewood is where you want to be. ❤ ❤ ❤

Room was very spacious & clean. Mini kitchen with cooking necessities. Full frig was a little noisy, otherwise a quiet place. Seems a good value. We would stay there again.

This place always feels like home. I stay at a Candlewood anytime I travel. But the North Little Rock location is by far my favorite. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, always clean, and well maintained. The staff here are top notch.

Our check in did not not go well at all. Apparently they were training some new people so there was a little confusion as far as which rooms were actually available. However, Robert, the night auditor, took care of us. He not only comped our room, but he offered us snacks and gave us some IHG points. (I haven't verified the points yet) Once we finally did get in a room, it was great. I really appreciated the staff making up for our troubles. Also, I left my phone charger there and two days later we came back through and they had it in their lost and found. I was extremely grateful for that being that I love my phone charger. A+ service for sure!
