Hilton Garden Inn North Little Rock

Very Clean. Nice polite and helpful employees. Some confusion as being a Diamond member if I was allowed a discount on breakfast or if it was free for me or if I didn’t eat breakfast I would receive double points ??? What? Anyway I’m now at Waffle House….

A really nice hotel for a great price! All the front desk staff have been so kind and helpful , the room was super clean and quiet as well. I love Hilton hotels and this location made my 17 hour road trip worth it :)

Really nice. The amenities here are great; fridge in the room, laundry, and an indoor pool. Room is very clean, bed is comfortable and everything is organized. We are traveling across the country right now & have a decent amount of stuff, but there is room and then some for all of it in here! We are also traveling with a service animal and the surrounding area of the hotel is great for dogs. Very pet friendly. 15 or so minutes outside of downtown Little Rock, but has a mall and tons of stores and restaurants within a 2 mile range. If we are ever staying in this area again, we’d pick this hotel!

Stayed at this hotel one night and the staff was amazing very friendly and looked very secure. Its pet friendly which I love and helped out a lot.

The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and I especially liked the remote key entry by phone AND the easy check in/out through the app!
However, I wasn’t too happy about the fact that there was a cost for the continental breakfast

Excellent, affordable place to stay in North Little Rock. Friends and I reserved six rooms for the weekend of a tennis tournament. All reservations and payment splits were handled correctly and efficiently. The rooms are not fancy but were very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. Arrival greetings were always friendly and prompt. Some employees went out of their way on Sunday morning to provide us with some breakfast earlier than their official start time. This location is very conveniently accessed from I-40 and has many nearby options for bars, restaurants and shopping. Will stay again!

Not my best stay but the staff was able to get me situated in a new room with little trouble. I occupied a room that was home to a pet owner and their pup left behind some fleas. It happens. It made for a very uncomfortable night and a long long shower. Fortunately the replacement room was free of bugs and I managed to get one night's sleep.

This hotel was perfect for my stay over this past weekend. The location had plenty of food options and was close to everything. Rooms were very clean feeling, as was the rest of the hotel. And everyone I encountered with the hotel staff went out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable and comfortable. I would stay here again when I am back in town.

I’m a diamond member who frequents many hotels a year. This property embodies what you expect from a Hilton hotel. The staff is great. Shelly, Sandy, Brandy, and Amanda are AMAZING bartenders and treat guests like family. Roosevelt was working in the kitchen and the food was great as always. Kristina at the front desk is an absolute gem, and always remembers me as a frequent guest. Nikea is always smiling and there if I need anything. John who works the night shift, is always super friendly and always helpful for late night snacks. Dawn during the day is always super nice as well. The rooms are clean and up to date. I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in the area.

Excellent stay for the night as our family was traveling through on our way home from a Spring Break trip. The room was clean, the beds were very comfy, and the room was spacious and roomy.
Yes, the amenities were great. The room was large, spacious and perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent customer service. I had a few questions regarding my Hiltons rewards account. Susan Richmond stopped what she was doing and looked into my issues. She noticed what was wrong and took the time to write it down for me and gave me the phone number to call to fix my issues. She told me that she could not fix it on her end. I called that number today and the issue was fixed in matter of minutes. Thank you Mrs. Richmond. The room was clean, service was great. Please try the restaurant in the main lobby. It is really good.

Mrs D that was working the front desk was extraordinary! She made us feel like we were home away from home. The associates at the restaurant were also very accommodating. Everything was great and we will be staying here again when we come back through Little Rock.

We just stayed one night but the room was very clean and spacious. The digital key doesn't work for the rooms but that wasn't a huge deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel.

When I walked into this hotel, I knew it was going to be a great stay! The front reception staff was amazing and accommodating. Every staff member I interacted with was very helpful.

The place has a very easy to get to, convenient location close to all major highways in the area, and it puts you close to the center of everything, shopping and dinning. It is close enough to Little Rock, but far enough away from the traffic of downtown.

It features a bar and restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, shout out to the cooks who prepared our meal! The waitress was very attentive and friendly.

As a Hilton Diamond member I travel a lot and I appreciate when the room and the facility are neat, organized, and quiet, and this hotel was. The room was clean and spacious, the AC blows nice and cold, and the bed was soooo comfy we were actually able to rest.

I love the digital key for access, however it was not working properly this time.

Overall an amazing stay! We will definitely be back! I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful night's sleep. Stay here you won't be disappointed!

Amazing rooms, with some art and comfy beds. Our 3 bed room came with a TV, some soap, conditioner, plenty of towels, and a instant coffee machine, however it did use the wasteful plastic packages for the coffee grounds. Amazing and fun pool, swam for hours, and despite my family finding it cold I loved it. Not much interaction with employees, however the ones I did meet were nice.

Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. My room was upgrade because there was availability. There's ample parking, a restaurant/bar on site and a pool. My upgraded suite had a microwave and refrigerator.

I have stayed at this property numerous times. The staff are always friendly, accommodating, and add personalized touches. The rooms are always clean. Keep up the good work!

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I was set as ease by the friendly greeting from Erica. I had questions, she had delightful, helpful answers. I couldn’t find the ice, she got me ice. I was being a nightmare and she never quit smiling and setting my mind at ease. She’s fantastic. Room clean and comfortable. Great front desk. 10/10

It's close to great restaurants. The location puts you close to the center of everything. The rooms are luxury, spacious, clean and quiet. The staff are amazing and accommodating. We arrived well after our time and the staff still catered to our every need including drinks and snacks.
