Best Western Sherwood Inn & Suites

Got in later than three and check-in went smoothly. Requested a floor room due to there not being an elevator and the front desk immediately found us a room with no hesitation. Room was clean and smelled clean. Breakfast was full stocked and full of various options even at 8am! They even have a cool machine that makes pancakes for you! Definitely would stay here again if we pass back through.

Comfy beds, safe area, shower head was awesome lots of hot water and water pressure, they actually cleaned my room without request, breakfast decent typical hotel breakfast fare, very clean. Neighbors were a little loud. Pool wasn’t open so I can’t comment on it.

I decided to stay here to save some round trips for the holidays. The price was good, and I wanted something further away from the mall to avoid traffic as much as possible. So the location was really good. Everything I would need was close by. The room itself was nice. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was about what you'd expect. I didn't think there were a lot of options, but, it is not bad and there's plenty of breakfast places close by if you want more. Both days I was there the breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage links, a pancake station, yogurt, cereal and some pastries. The second day they also had biscuits and gravy out. The only thing that I would say needed to be looked at was that the toaster wasn't working (or was unplugged) but everything else was okay. Don't get your hopes up for great eggs, it's the standard hotel fare. Not dinging the rating over it because it was still good enough. No real complaints about the stay. I would certainly stay here again.

As one who has traveled the country for work and stayed in my fair share of hotels, I was pleasantly surprised by this one. We were without power due to a storm here locally, and everywhere was booked but this place. Due to the location, I had already set my expectations up for one of those "interstate exit" joints that you usually find last minute in a crunch, but I was wrong. Many instances were impressed. The breakfast was also surprisingly good. The gravy and biscuits were not like the typical (watery and dry) they actually had flavor. The coffee was on point ws well. The rooms very clean and nicely put together, I felt welcomed and invited (very important). For a family who can't have the ability to take the summer vacation this year, and needed a lifesaver in a crunch, this place went beyond delivering for us. My 3 year old had the absolute best time being a rebel staying up past bedtime (like you normally would on vacay). "Best West", thanks for a pleasant experience and being a key factor that made a miserable situation not only bareable, but a bit enjoyable as well. I highly recommend this place based on the most recent experience we had, and we LIVE here.

We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of this hotel. New updated rooms, friendly staff, good water pressure, and they had BREAKFAST! First hotel I’ve stayed at since COVID to finally let me have a Belgian waffle first thing in the morning! The exterior is beautiful too. Pool, landscaping, the view from our room. Top Notch Best Western. My husband even asked me to stay another night just so we could chill and use the amenities. Too bad we had places to be. :)

Very clean! As soon as I walked in the room it had a very nice clean fragrance smell to it. Clean and well-kept up Fitness Center as well. The front desk was very professional and very helpful. I called 8 hours ahead of time to ask if they have any rooms available and the lady said yes do you want me to hold one for you, I said yes expecting her to ask me for my credit card info but instead she just asked for my full name and what time I was going to be there and she would hold a room for me and she did! 😊

This place has been the best!!! The rooms are so clean and the breakfast is on point. But even greater than that housekeeping goes above and beyond .I just asked for my towels to be swapped daily. I informed the front desk that I would clean up after myself each day. Ive been sleeping with all the blankets from 2 beds in 1. I came in to my bed made with all the blankets today. It's very much the little things! ❤

Due to a house fire me and my family were here for over a month. From the front desk staff, to the cleaning crew, even to the hotel manager. Make sure they did what they could to keep us comfortable! If your staying in Sherwood, this is the place to stay!

I usually don't take the time to do reviews, but my stay at this Best Western was so good I had to. Most important to me is how I am treated when I stay at a hotel. I want to brag on the staff at the hotel. They cared that I had a great stay and were so helpful. Ms. Lisa was so wonderful and she makes the most delicious cookies in the afternoon. Also the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Reading other comments about the breakfast, saying things weren't perfect. Its a free breakfast, "Get Real". Its not going to be perfect, but there is a lot to choose from and it's a nice hot breakfast and it's free. Get that at McDonalds. Not...Thank you again to the staff at Best Western Sherwood for the great stay. I will be back!

My family and I was so impressed with India, the front desk person. She helped us with what could have been a very disappointing situation with our reservation. I failed to ask about a handicap room because I thought you had an elevator. One of us is not able to climb stairs and India helped me so very much and was able to accommodate us. I can't tell you how much she eased my mind and fears of having to find another hotel in such short notice. Thank you, thank you, thank you India. The room was great and the service was outstanding, we will recommend and continue to stay at your hotel.

Clean, comfortable room. Good mattress, good amount of pillows, clean and modern bathroom. Set-up to accommodate wheelchairs and handicapped folks. Refrigerator in the room but missing an in-room safe. Easy access to parking lot and breakfast buffet. Well stocked buffet with plenty of choices for food including coffee and juices. Cleaned and replenished often. Excellent stay.

We've had occasion to stay here due to heating/air issues and we could not have selected a better place. The staff is outstanding, from the moment you arrive all the way through checkout. We're pretty snobby on hotels where service and cleanliness have to be top notch or we won't stay. There's no issues here. The rooms are super clean and cozy. They offer complimentary breakfast in the morning which has a good selection. We've recommended this hotel to family and friends visiting the area and all were pleased. We highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I (Vera/Raheim/Musahsai Bonner) love this hotel and the super kind and accommodating staff. The rooms are alway very clean, great temperature, smells nice, and cozy. My family made a last minute decision to visit Arkansas from Dallas, Texas to do something special for my siblings stepmom and our mom. We solicited the hotel for help and the manager graciously agreed to honor our request. Everything went great and of course, we cleaned the area perfectly once done. This place is amazing…give it a try! We have been staying at this hotel, during EVERY visit to Sherwood, Arkansas for the last 4-5 years and their hospitality gets better and better with each stay. We will never stay anywhere else!

An excellent staff, a quiet and comfortable room that was spotless. The 40" TV with all HD content was another plus. Breakfast was OK, but I have had better at other Best Western locations. I guess the guest count can have something to do with that.

Another issue was finding the location in the first place. Google Maps had one inaccuracy which would have you getting off the freeway at the wrong exit. I ended up calling and getting excellent help from the gentleman on the front desk.

A location I would definitely visit again - bow that I know how to find it.

So clean, comfortable and friendly. A great place to stay with the kids. Pool is clean and well maintained, pillows are the best hotel pillows I have ever used. Breakfast was decent for a free breakfast, parking was a bit inconvienint to our room location but overall I would stay here again

We stayed at this location during the winter storm so that it would be easier to get to and from work. The staff, especially Ashlei, Jessi, and Ms. Rena, were very pleasant and helpful. They made our stay very comfortable and did anything they could to help us during that time. Those three ladies are awesome and the Best Western should be proud to have them there!

Great value, Clean, conveniently located hotel that I stay at every time I visit this area. Nice fitness room. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. The only down side is the hotel is starting to smell a little musky but I just bring some febreeze and really can't complain because the cost is such a great value

Motel was in great condition for the most part. I had a smoking and a nonsmoking room so I have different thoughts about each. The nonsmoking room was well done with no issues. But the smoking room didn't appear to be in as good of state. It also smelled of smoke and though I understand it was a smoking room most rooms for the most part do not have a strong odor of smoke. There were couple more issues but not huge deals. One being rooms not ready at check in and internet code not working and vending machines out of order.

The stay I had at Best Western in Sherwood was brief but rather pleasant. Had to stay overnight due to a storm that knocked out my power. The room was very nice, well maintained and clean. Overall it was a good experience and I would be more inclined to stay at another Best Western location.
