I just love the people that work here. It doesn’t matter if I’m needing something simple as bug spray, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I came in early one morning this week needing a single license plate screw. I didn’t know what size, just knew my license plate was hanging and needed fixed. I had my four year old twins asleep in the car and it was really cold. I wish I knew his name but this older gentleman saw me and told me to just wait up front and he’d get me fixed up, so I never had to get the kids out of my car.
I bet he went back and forth inside and outside 4-5 times trying to find the right size screws, installed it for me, and added some washers so the plate wouldn’t rattle. It only cost like .50, but his kindness made my entire day.

This is not your ordinary small town hardware store. Its a cut above the rest FOR SURE! very friendly, professional staff that go above and beyond to help with any and everything you need ! If theyvdont have it, they are going to order it/get it! Very clean store, unique goodies, you will feel like you are known on a personal level, and that matters these days! Love this store !!

This is always a good place to ask for help. They usually have exactly what I need. We got a 20amp gfci for 20$ which was $10 less than home depot, so prices aren't unfair especially for it being so close to east end.
This place has been a beacon of honest hard work in East End and deserves praise. To all the price naysayers, I'll pay 5$ just to stay home, and $25 just to avoid the baseline HD. So yeah, ordering is better, but if you don't want to pay shipping for large items or drive to Bryant, this is the best choice. Tell them what you're doing and looking for, and they'll have a few good ideas to help as well.

You know you search for someone to help you at the big box stores and you either can't find them or they can't find what your looking for. This honestly is the place with the helpful Ace hardware men and women. I am no plumber but I can go in here and say I need to connect this( whatever) to this ( whatever) and they are oh! you need this. It is rare to find those kinds of assistance anywhere. Friendly, most of them funny too, never hurts to have a sense of humour.

Employees are extremely nice and greet you at the front door with a smile. They are always very helpful, make suggestions and direct you to the products you are looking for. Was a little out of the way, but staff was friendly helping me locate what was needed.

Super friendly staff that are readily available to help.
I am an from another area, and they are quick to help me locate my needed items throughout the store every time I visit.
They even have welding gas, which is great!
Why go to the big box store when you have the choice for Sanders Ace Hardware!

Was able to get heat tape for my mom's water pipes when everyone else was out always helpful and nice
