I don’t even know where to start with this place !! I walked in desperate to find a bouquet of flowers for my mom. They had these beautiful yellow tulips and Lillie’s in a vase and I asked Emmily if It was possible to add another color John did just that without hesitation!! They were so sweet and helpful I definitely will be back. This is the most beautiful arrangement I have ever purchased and I know without a doubt my mom will love them. Absolutely a 5 star Florist and a hidden Gem in the community. The staff went the extra mile. The delivery was 5 star also as my arrangement arrived early and it was beautiful. They have a vibe that was amazing at the florist….i was so impressed with the ambiance.

First let me say this a late review. I came in the weekend prior to Valentine's Day. I walked in with no expectations. I was greeted promptly by the gentleman at the counter and directed to the display. I instantly saw a bouquet and vase that I knew would be a head turner and conversation piece. I was more pleased than my wife was with the arrangement. I was even more pleased by the people here. As I write this the bouquet is still holding on and looking good. I will definitely be back!

North Hills Florist & Gifts had a very friendly staff ans was super courteous. They were so professional and provided excellent customer service. We loved every bought including the lovely flowers and plants. We will be back!!!

The arrangements were so beautiful that I cried. I heard about the new owners at North Hills Florist and decided to give them a try. I am so thankful that I did. I had them to make a flower runner for my tables at a non-profit organization luncheon that I sponsored this past Saturday. I am telling you, this florist EXCEEDED my wildest expectation. I have a florist for life! They will get all of my business. The service was SUPER Friendly, they were open on Saturday, and the delivery was PROFESSIONAL and timely. All of my guests kept mentioning how BEAUTIFUL the flower arrangements were for the tables. WINNING!!!

I had the pleasure of visiting North Hills Florist & Gifts during a difficult time while in town for a funeral. As the only florist open past 3pm, I was grateful for their accommodating service. Dewayne went above and beyond to fulfill my last-minute request with kindness and professionalism.

I requested red roses be swapped out for white roses in a pre-made arrangement.

The new owner exceeded my expectations with a 4th of July Floral. I invited several family members over to celebrate I received so many compliments on the fresh floral arrangement. I found the flowers to be beautifully designed, quality flowers, and at an affordable cost.

I want to say that I don't live close by to have brought flowers so this was online and I can say I have never order flowers but they went above and beyond to make sure that my order was done and deliver with no complications. Thank you for a job well done
