I had surgery this morning with Dr. Jolly and I can say it was well worth it. The staff were comforting and very nice throughout my whole experience. Dr. Jolly put me to sleep so that I wouldn’t feel a thing. At first I was nervous about getting put to sleep and the surgery but the staff was just so pleasant and ongoing saying, “we put people to sleep and perform oral surgery all the time”. Overall my biggest concern was swelling afterwards and I’m surprised I didn’t swell thanks to DR. Jolly. If I had to do all over I’ll most definitely choose this place.

Amazing people!! I just got a procedure done earlier today, and while I was having a panic attack there, the dental assistants, and even the surgeon himself, we’re nothing but kind the whole time. They were constantly talking to me, calming me down, reassuring me, and talking to me very sweetly throughout my panic attack. And though I don’t remember her name, there was one dental assistant who was the sweetest. Even before my panic attack, she was telling me step by step of what was about to happen with the procedure. While I was having my panic attack. She was holding my hand and calming me down most of all. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and their staff.

I've had three procedures here, great results every time and excellent service. Never had an experience like the bad reviews talk about.

I would not recommend Dr. Jolly at all!!! It was a terrible experience. My 17 year old daughter needed to have her wisdom teeth removed. We scheduled an appointment for the Thursday before Thanksgiving and he called two weeks later to change that because he was going to be out of town for Thanksgiving so then we scheduled for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at 9 o’clock. When they called the day before to remind her not to eat or drink anything after midnight, they informed us that he had changed the time to 11 o’clock just randomly. No one checked with us to make sure this would work. He apparently just wanted to sleep later. 🤷‍♀I understand he’s a doctor, but that is so unprofessional!! We got there and I asked if I needed to come back when they took her back, and they would not let me go back with my underage daughter. Then when it was time to leave, I asked if I was going to get some kind of instructions because to this point I still have not received any kind of directions. The lady informed me that I just had to go start my car and they would meet me out front and they would bring me that information. So my daughter comes out in a wheelchair white as a sheet and the nurse quickly rates off all these instructions. I looked at her and said, “Is this written down somewhere because this is a lot of information?” I still did not receive any instructions that were written at this point even though I had asked twice. Then my daughter, who was completely out of it, had to remind them that she needed a doctors excuse. When the nurse brought the doctors excuse out, it was not even dated for the right day. I had to go in and get an excuse for the correct date: I honestly and truthfully, don’t know how this man stays in business!! Would not recommend!! After I told my husband about our experience, he called and told them all of our frustrations, and then they texted me the set of instructions that I asked for twice before leaving the building. So unprofessional! From the way things were done, I hope he removed the correct teeth because I have zero faith in him. So when looking for an oral surgeon, DO NOT USE DR. Jolly!!

Payed bill with cash at time of service, as well as giving them insurance information. Sent off lab tests without my knowledge or consent, then served papers two months later for the part insurance was supposed to cover. Called the insurance, they said it was coded wrong, and when I called this office, they said they were "in the business of collecting money, not re-entering codes".

Scammers and not a legitimate business. Go somewhere else.

Do not go here. they are rude, unprofessional and they will lie to you constantly. making a long story short. go to a place where you feel comfortable and welcomed. they are scammers. they purposely don’t answer the phone,& will put you on hold or hang up in your face upon yelling at you and arguing with you when they know they are in the wrong regarding your own money. it’s sad that this dentist office is really like that, i’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism and being scammed out of my own money by such. wouldn’t dare trust them in my mouth. Thank God for other oral surgeons actually telling me the truth and not lying trying to take my money.
